1. 01 Introduction: Thank you for taking this class on chocolate become that corpus. In this class, I will teach you how to bake things. I'll first teach you how to make the cookie dough. Then I'll teach you how to fake and cool the SL taught Baker. Many years ago, I opened up my own home. I had this business for several years. My husband got a job offer in New York City. We thought this was a good move for us. And so I close down my homepage and we moved across the country. Now here in New York, I do not want to go through the steps to open up and then we'll convert. This class is taken from videos that I made back when I had my home bakery and obliged to go with that. I no longer have the plan. But I feel like these cookies are easy, fun, and very enjoyable. So I decided to share them with you on share. This class is aimed at the baker that wants to learn how to make a low calorie help the kick. That tastes great. I am excited to teach you the skills in this class. But let's move on to lesson number 1. Making a new document. 2. 02 Making the cookie batter: So I'll show you how to make a delicious tricky. There is only 68 calories. It's a chocolate and become raccoon. So let's get started. First, I'm going to melt the chocolate. While I melt the chocolate, I will be beating the egg whites and the salt. I'm going to stick my chocolate into way. Way has a chocolate settings, so I'm just going to sort it all the chocolate setting and let it melt while I beat dx. Or did it starts with the mixer? As you can see that for a while. We're going to start the step and then we want to slowly at this point in between the side of the bowl. And we're just going to slowly filling it. Not really fast to slow the cornea. We're now going to beat this until it forms soft peaks. So about five minutes when it has one soft peaks, I just turn this off. We're gonna check in now and see if it's soft peaks. So when I stick that in there and I lifted up, you'll see it just barely felt over the soft peak stage. Alright, so we've taken this off of the beater and I just want to scrape down line rights. Now to my melted chocolate and my coconut. Now what I wanna do is I want to just gently fold over him. So I go down and around. Remember, folding is not a vigorous stir, is going from the bottom to the top. And I'm going to keep doing this until I see no white streaks. I wanted to look all chocolate. And the reason why we're doing a folder name and not a vigorous stir. So we don't want to deflate that moraine that we just worked up. We want to keep that Aaron and this is alive. And airy cookie page, so little bit of white street, so we still unfolding it. But you'll notice most of the white streaks are gone. And there are no white streaks left. So all we have left to do is we're going to put onto our Jelly Roll pounds and then cook them. 3. 03 Baking And Cooling The Cookies: Why do you pick He's like to use an ice cream scoop. Ice cream scoop is the size of one tablespoon. So what I'm gonna do is I just make sure this is lateral. See how I put it in there. And I made sure was level and then I just put it on here. I'm picky about an H parts or this room if it spreads. So I'm going to keep good news cookies. And I want to at a time, the reason I wanted to do two pins at a time. In fact, I want to draw all the battery. Sits in the home for about a half an hour. So we don't really want any batter left because we can't use R to pick the one pair. And let me put fill this chart. It's a little bit closer because I think I have that much left. Last one is going to be just a little bit smaller. There we go ahead and scrape the answer to it. Now that I have my hands full, I'm going to print them in the oven is going to be I've heard the rack, so none of them are centered. One is in the top third of the amines, and one is in the bottom third of the oven. We're going to take this at 350 degrees. I want you to take it for batch. Well, yes. So let me show you how I have it in the other. So you'll notice I have it in the top third, the bottom, instead, one on the shelf. And then we're going to clip this Hartwell minutes. Well, back in 12 minutes when a system, and I'll show you what we need to do that the time adjusting. So now we're going to look at these and we want to attach and see if they're stacked, like text this, it's hard. So what I wanna do is I want to turn this door so it's a jar. You'll see that it's just like this for half an hour before we take the pinky fat. So won't be half an hour when the cookies hashtag seven in the oven for half an hour with the furniture or like this. Now we're going to take these cookies out for still a little bit warm. So I'm going to use, we're going to take these out and we're going to put these on a cooling rack and let them cool the rest away. We had the picky family cooling fluid. There's airflow Norway now. We're going to let them come completely to room temperature. Then if you want, you can sprinkle some powdered sugar over the top or you can happen just like boss. So we'll be back to you when they are completely full. 4. 04 Finishing Touches: So what I wanted is purchased a little bit of powdered sugar into this sector strainer and just sprinkle it over the top. Now this is optional, you don't have to do this, but it just adds that little bit of sweetness to it. Now we're ready to plate these kids and they're ready to serve. Here are our chocolate. African matter makes him today. 60 calories. Guilty pleasure for when you're on a diet. 5. 05 Final Thoughts: Thank you for taking this class. This class, you learn how to make a chocolate, become magically. Cookies are healthier than most cookies and are not faculty counties. We learn how to make the cookie dough and then how to effect and cool. Your project for this class is to make Chocolate macro. You will need to make the batter and then bed and let them cool Boston the admin and on the cooling racks so that they are too. I hope that your cookies turned out the way you wanted them to. Please. Make sure you take a picture and upload it to our project page. Also, tell us how it went. I look forward to see your idea. Choose from my kitchen to your kitchen.
