ASSIGNMENT

Create your own baby swaddle that makes a perfect gift for any expecting mother!  This knits up much quicker than a baby blanket, uses much less yarn, and is a unique and beautiful way to show off your skills.

Attached you will find the PDF version of my Chevron Stripes Cocoon.  Feel free to print out a copy for yourself, but please do not provide copies for others.

DELIVERABLE

a beautiful baby swaddle made by YOU!

Make sure to post photos and updates in the project section!!

MATERIALS

  • Two worsted weight yarns in complementary colors- check out Sunrise Fiber Co for my favorite yarns!
  • Knitting needles- one circular set and one set of double pointed needles (DPN). For the circular set, I love Addi Needles, and the DPNs, I like this Hiya Set. Of course you can always use your own preferred set!
  • One stitch marker charm
  • Yarn needle to thread in ends
  • Scissors
