About This Class

This course will teach you how to write a formal email that you can use in a business situation.  Phrases and layout examples are provided for many forms of emails, including responding to enquiries, making complaints and responding to complaints, making appointments and rescheduling and many more examples.  There are about 100 phrases provided that you can use to make email writing simple and professional.
