About This Class

This class will walk you through building a responsive website or blog using WordPress. You do not need any previous experience with designing websites, WordPress, HTML, or coding.

In this class, Part One  of Building your Website/Blog from Scratch with WordPress, you will learn about a few hosting choices (some free and some paid), choose a domain name, and set up your hosting account with your chosen provider. They are easy steps, but can seem daunting to students who have never created a website before.

Even if you already have your domain and hosting, I recommend enrolling in this class for continuity with Part Two of the Series in which we will begin with the default installation of WordPress, and follow through until thel end which culminates with you having created a contemporary, responsive, and beautiful website that you can use for any business or blog.

If you do not have any experience with building a website and are feeling skeptical right about now, don't be! I promise that you will be able to build your own site by the end of this course (all series). So click the "Enroll Now" button, and let's get started!
