Project Description

This class is focused on content, function and usability of your portfolio site - it’s not focused on the visual design, your brand, or look and feel. The questions I hear most from students are about content, information architecture and portfolio layout - this class dives deep into those areas rather than focusing on the visual look and feel.

Our class project is a finished portfolio design - either a hi-fi visual design or a functional website. There will be steps along the way, and we’ll take it piece-by-piece to avoid being overwhelmed. At the end of the class, you’ll be able to publish your portfolio website, and start confidently applying for jobs.

Feel free to use the attached PDF of action items and helpful content for more guidance while creating your portfolio.
