Project Description

Identify and analyze select cultural traits (outlined in the course) as they appear in your organization or in the company you're studying. Assess the traits' strategic significance and whether they support, or detract from, the organization's ability to create and maintain a high-performance culture. Evaluate the opportunity to enhance the traits being analyzed and other ways to optimize corporate culture for competitive advantage.
