I have been traveling for the past two years acquiring skills along the way that have enhanced my spirituality and self-reliance. I’m grateful to have the privilege to share some of my knowledge with you.

I'm sure I can't give all the credit to breath of fire, but it's definitely an ally. Please be patient with yourself as this technique takes some adjusting to in order to successfully perform, you must get out of your head and practice on the sound of your breath. Please sit in an upright position with the straight back cross leg. It is ideal, but you may sit in a chair as well. The rhythm of this technique is similar to a dog. Panting, inhale and exhale are the same length. It may be helpful to place your hand on your belly as you're learning. This breath is powered by the naval and solar plexus. You will only be breathing out of your nostrils, so please keep your mouth closed. On the exhale, you will exert force as your navel pushes inward on the inhale, it will be more relaxed and your navel will push outward. Once you get the hang of it, please close your eyes and practice on the focusing on the point between your brows. This will allow you to connect to your third eye. This is the normal pace of breath of fire. If you're a beginner, feel free to practice at a slower pace. I love practicing breath of fire in the mornings in the winter time because it helps to generate heat within the body. In the beginning, you may experience a tingling sensation, which I personally miss, because it made me feel more connected to being a vibrant Torrey vessel. If you experienced lightheadedness or dizziness, practice long, deep breathing or get a drink of water and the next four videos, I will teach you for different yoga postures that you could practice breath of fire in.
