About This Class

Truly one of our favorite comfort food in our household. The type of beef I'll be using is Beef Finger Meat, also known as Rib Fingers. This rib finger meat is a thin strips of beef cut from between Individual ribs in the Rib Primal. I like this meat because It's got the same texture as the beef brisket and takes a shorter time to cook. 

The ingredients for this recipe is all made from traditional Chinese spices which I'll have more details in the ingredients video. 

As for the noodles, I have two types of wanton noodles, thin and wider noodles is the choices for my family. I personally love the thinner wanton noodles. There's many different types of noodles and this recipe is very customizing. Feel free to add in your favorite types of noodles to truly make it your own!

1. Introduction: - Welcome to class. Today I'll be showing you how to make a Chinese briskets do with daikon in a Kuantan noodle soup. So this recipe is actually from my mom. I she's been cooking this for us for many years. As we were growing up on, I've asked her to share this with me so I can share it with you guys. So in this past, I'll be showing you some of the readings that you might not be familiar for this SP. But don't worry. I'll go into details with you in the ingredients video. Okay, so the beef briskets that I'll be using its hepatitis B brisket that you see around in the stores the one that I'm using is actually called the police. I think we'll meet. I find that it's a little bit more easier to cook with and a lot tastier. It's not too lean, and it's not too fat. It's right in the middle, and that's not a very sense of meat to buy, and the other best would that be using today is died and daikon. You can find that in any Asian grocery store under the sauce out. And it's a brand by lake, um, gate. So this sauce is called Chief Hope Paste, and that will be one of the This would be what the pace that would be using to marinate the meat. The next one here we have is the rock sugar on rock Sugar. You can pretty much find that in any of the grocery store, and the next one we have here is the star in days. Okay, um, it doesn't have to be a certain brand. You can pretty much pick any brand as long as just as long as the star needs on its available to you at the grocery store. Okay? And daikon daikon normally comes in either really Baker with a small trying to find one. That's like I wouldn't pick one. That's not too big, but not too small. A medium sized. That would be perfect. Okay, okay. And next we have the green onions. Lastly, I want to show you the want Tom noodles. I have two types of Wantagh. New does hair. They're the same brand. It's just one is a genitals, and the other one is a thick noodles. I personally love the thin. You knows when my husband like that. I think you know CYO is by two. It's really up to your personal preference. Just pick whichever one you like and you don't. It doesn't have to be a certain Brad s. It says Kuantan noodles.
