About This Class

Interested in learning the exercises necessary to build muscle and get into shape?

As I natural fitness model competitor, I often get asked what exercises I do to keep in shape. In this series, I share 1-3 minute exercise demonstration videos that you can include into your own routine.

To get maximum value from these demonstration videos, you'll need to ensure that you are tracking your nutrition in some way. In addition, you'll need to build a very basic weight training program.
