This class looks at determining your self limiting beliefs around what you are good at and what gets in the way. It looks at work based values and how this impact upon your self perception.
The key part of this class it the project which gives you some support in developing your self worth and your self esteem.
Hi. I'm Robin Hills. It is my intention to offer the best and highest quality courses on emotional intelligence available through SkillShare and across the internet.
