1. Emotional healing Intro: welcome to emotional mastery and healing. It is part of another course called confidence effects, so we haven't checked that out. Check that out as part of my profile in this section or in this course, I am going to be giving you the tools to not only be more present and more confident, but also create healing in your life, whether it's past dramas or whether it's you know, something else that might be keeping you from either attracting manifesting or just simply taken action and whatever goals you have in your life or simply to be more happy, so emotional mastery in healing. It's all about dealing with any kind of, um, that's traumas that you have, or anything that you know anything that you want or anyone that you want to forgive in your life. Um, it has it to us to do that, so it is super important, and it's super essential in order to really live more fulfilled and empower life. So check it out and I'll see you in the course 2. Get in the "ZONE" with Meditation: I like to do a little bit of a meditation if you guys don't mind. So I like you guys to kind of close your eyes. I got you through. It will be very simple. It'll be mainly focusing on your breath and getting a feel for your body. So, um, yeah, close your eyes. We do this for ah for a few minutes and, um so just begin to focus on your breath as it goes in and out. And as the thoughts come up, just redirect your mind back into your breath breathe in and outs and begin to feel perhaps how your feet are feeling right now as they touch the floor. Maybe your hands and he sounds that are happening. Just accept everything that is coming into your perception breathing in and out, focusing on how the breath goes in and how it naturally comes out way. But okay , - way , - way , cool way. - No , no, no. - All right. As we come out of this meditation, take a deep breath, fully inhale, and that's hell. And when you're ready, open your eyes. How you feeling 3. Get Clear on the Reasons for Your Goals: all right, so, you know, going into into pain and attachment. So the recent white meditation, journaling and all this is so important to gain clarity and to really step out of the way as and was talking about when it comes to wanted to control everything because you wanted a certain way many times, the reason why you wanted that way is because of pain. And so when it comes to clarity and when it comes to your goals, whether it's in dating, whether it's in business, whatever it ISS, you want to make sure that you understand the reasons behind your goals and that they're actually coming from you and not from expectations, traumas, pains and all that kind of stuff, because that could make you lose years of happiness and joy and fulfillment you, whether you adapted up, you know, a certain persona because you felt it would make you feel better about yourself. Or you simply wanted to prove something to yourself or to someone. Again wanting validation and wanting that kind of stuff is going to lead to, ah, very empty and empty road 4. Sedona Method: Attract What You Want and Release Attachments: alright in this video, I want to talk to you about the idea or concept of attracting rather than pursuing. And so when it comes to attracting most people that I encounter our pursuers, what does that mean? It means that you're either pursuing manager, pursuing women. You're pursuing a career or you're pursuing better friends or you're pursuing a lot of things and you're being needy about it. Uh, this Meyer, my number, your case. Or it might be in the case in certain areas and not in other areas. As you can probably imagine, when you are pursuing something, especially in the needy, matter where you have to have it or, you know, a cask emotional, an emotional impact on you. If you don't get it or you lose it, then you know how weak and powerless it makes you. It makes you feel like your self worth is not as high. You know, if you've tied your self worth to all this, it's gonna impact you. So in this I'm gonna talk to you about being unattached, being attached to the outcome as well as coming from an abundance and attraction mentality . So, first of all, being unattached to the outcome. So as you're doing this story and you're creating this mindset, you definitely want to be unattached to the outcome. How do you do this? You would have made the reason why you do everything all about giving or just to do it just for fun. So including the story, you're not doing it. And I know it sounds counterintuitive, but you want to do it just to feel good and for the kind of person that you're becoming rather than just simply to get a result. Like I just wanted to track you know, that my ideal woman and have her in my life or my ideal man and having them I've or I want to attract that you know, that type of job or that type of business or that type of client etcetera. You want to let go of that and simply do your story about how those things are already in your life and let that go. Basically, you are focusing on just the feeling and the person that you're being because of it, because you will show up at a place, walk very differently, be very differently, and, uh, and that's what it's about. That's what this story is about. And then you begin attracting now only what you're thinking or everything else, but you begin attracting who you are. That's how life works. So as you probably have heard, you know, when you are, I wanted to attract a more attractive partner or that your ideal partner or even something different in your life it takes you being a different person to do that. And so that's what this is about. So focus on the process, not the destination, if you will. So the other thing I want to talk about is detachment in regards to, um, to this, you wanna also figure out what you're attached to, whether it's validation, just wanting a relationship and all that and let that go. Now you can do this with this Ah, technique that I learned, which is called the doughnut method. You can look for that one. I believe it's an Amazon, but basically with the Sedona method, whether you've had a rough day or what, you're feeling a little weird in the morning. You wanna let go of that before you visualize and do your story, and so this works in that way as well. Maybe you're doing this story and you release as you're doing this story or after you do the story, you're feeling a little attached or there's some doubt release it, and it's gonna take you month much further. First of all, we're gonna do the Sedona method. The Sedona method is applicable in so many ways. In terms of relationships, situations, we're gonna do the most basic way to release, which is simply four questions. So I want you guys to close your eyes and focus on the situation on the relationship or on the area of your life that you wish to work on. And if it's, for example, a relationship, what emotions come up, begin to imagine and visualize the person in front of you This all above association and feeling. So as you do these healing techniques and releasing techniques, you want to actually visualize this so you can have the full effect of the emotion. So again, close your eyes real quick, just for down and think of the situation or the relationship or whatever it is that you wish to release. And just for now, we're gonna be focusing on simply the biggest emotion that comes up from that situation. So you don't have to say it. You don't have to label it. But what emotion comes up, just feel it where it is. Where do you feel it? In the body. And just for now, can you welcome this emotion as best as you can, We're gonna be going through four questions. The answer to these questions Is there gonna be yes or no? You will release regardless. But you want to get to a yes on all of them. And the last question is going to say I'm gonna ask you when, and the answer is always gonna be right now. So again, could you welcome this feeling as best as you can for right now, just to be there just to allowed it to be there for now doesn't mean you're accepting the situation. It just means that you're accepting the emotion that comes up with that situation. Now, just for now. Could you let it go? Do you have the ability to let it go again? Whether it's yes or no, it's OK. Would you let it go When and as you feel, the emotion and you say right now you wanna inhale and exhale and imagine that you're breathing out the emotion So we're gonna go through the questions a few times Could you welcome this feeling as best as you can Just for right now Could you let it go? Would you let it go? Can take a deep breath When you can go back to that emotion we're gonna die Pew, Dive even deeper into that emotion. Could you welcome this feeling as best as you can just allow it to be there. Now, could you go even deeper into this emotion? Pretend it's almost, you know, somewhere in your body and your diving into it Could you go even deeper into this emotion as best as you can And just allow yourself to feel it? Could you go even deeper than that even deeper Now could you let go of this emotion as best as you can? Would you let it go when? Once more Can you welcome this feeling as best as you can? Could you let it go? Would you let it go When Let's take a deep breath Just visualize the emotion coming out So we exhale. We'll do one Final one. Could you welcome this feeling as best as you can? Could you let it go? Would you let it go when? All right, One more breath and let's come back. How did that feel? So did you guys feel any resistance in terms of letting it go at all? Like What's it? Anyone? Yeah. 5. Healing With The Ho’Oponopono Method: the next thing we're gonna do. I know a couple of you have already done this. The hope own opponent method. Um, there there was a ward that was in Hawaii and there was this psychiatrist. I believe he knew this method from from Hawaii. It was something that have been practiced for ah, lot of years. And his job was secure. These mentally ill patients that had done everything from murder. These were serial killers. That is where rapists these were, um you know, everything in between. At the beginning, he had a lot of resistance towards it. I mean, it's like you. He was judging them basically, and he noticed how he was producing more of that more of those that behavior on them based on his judgments. Eventually he began to apply this method in a very short amount of time. All the patients were cured. They shut down the ward. And since then, it's been applied by thousands of thousands of people to really heal whether it's situations, you know, emotions, relationships and that kinda stuff. And the basis of this method is really about taking responsibility for absolutely everything that happens in your life. No matter how far fetched it sounds? The accident that happened yesterday, the being laid off, um, losing a business, Uh, losing a partner even if it's doesn't seem like it's related to you taking responsibility in that way, beginning to heal, to stop producing those situations. So it's very simple. The method iss It's simply for statements. Um, So I want you guys to get clear on whatever your goal was when you came here and whatever situation you're going through, eso again. All this stuff is you know, I think the language of the universal language of energy is visual. So you want to get really clear on the person, the situation that you're trying to heal and that you're trying to let go of so that you don't keep producing it as well as maybe it's something about forgiveness. Maybe you have to forgive a few people or a person, but for the sake of time again, focus on one person, one situation or something that you want to work on. So get clear on that. And the statements are very simple. They go like this. The 1st 1 is Ah, I am sorry. 2nd 1 is please forgive me. And the 3rd 1 is Thank you. And the 4th 1 is I love you. So when you see this, you can see it to the person that you're visualizing. You can see it to the universe or to God, but you're basically, um, taking responsibility for producing this in your reality. If you've read anything about reality and energy, when you've probably heard of that, we're all connected. So in some essence, the way that this method works is acknowledging that we're all connected and that reality is based on what we project out. So, um, let's take a moment, um, in closer ice and focus on that person, that situation or that area of your life that you want to work on again, it could be a person. I've done this on myself in regards to really healing the relationship that I have with myself. It could be very powerful to do that or simply something that you feel It's outside of yourself, right? Once you got clear on what you want to work on, let's begin with this modality of healing. Begin to repeat to yourself. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. I am sorry. The Power of the Sedona and Ho’oponopono Methods: what was the with those two things? They're very simple, and that could be very misleading in terms of how powerful they are, especially if you apply and specific area on a daily basis. Let's say you're trying to heal another relationship where you're trying to heal a specific area. It could the very much ah, hugely forward in terms off your life if you apply it for 10 15 minutes every day for I don't know, 30 60 days. It's crazy out how it actually impacts you personally. I've applied it in regards to something as simple as just being social. Um, I would use the hope on a pony method when it comes to from interacting with people and I can sense a sense of attachment or wanting. I will go through that so I can release that attachment. So all these things can be used. You have to know, like 100 different methods. You simply have to learn how to master them in terms of applying them to different areas of your lives as well as two different emotions. And with this, with these kind of methods, you can apply them to attachment. You can apply them to shame. You can apply them to Europe in regards to Shamika, plan to your own self judgment and how much we beat ourselves up. A swell as you're trying to work on a relationship. So it's very universal in terms of the application. But again, I want to emphasize that even though they were incredibly simple, they're very powerful. And this is stuff that you do again on an everyday basis, especially if you are trying to move forward faster in whatever area. You want to take some time out of your day for 30 60 90 days and just deal with this because you'll be amazed at how, how the reactions of that person or those people or that situation changes almost like magic.
