1. Trailer Fillable PDFs: 2. How To Make Your PDFs Fillable: way have covered a lot of different ways to create beautiful worksheets. He also know know how to save your tax documents as PDFs on what I want to show you. This tutorial is how to make your PDS fill a bill, and this means that your clients don't need to print out their work sheets, but they can simply fill them in on line. The program I want to show you is called PdF Escape, and it's not only really easy to use, there is also a free words and that probably office pretty much everything most of you will ever need. So let's just hop over to pdf escape dot com, and the first thing I want you to do is register for a free account. You should do that because once you have an account, you are able to save your documents online. It only takes like 30 seconds. And like I said, it's free, sir. Just do it. And once you've done it, you log in and then you click on edit Pdf files. Now, this is just a simple overview of free account. Worse is paid for account, but I'm pretty sure you don't need more than the free account, so let's just click on, continue to PF escape and then click on upload. Pdf to pdf Escape. Now what you get now is a pop up window where you can browse your folders so you just pick the document you want to work on. Click on upload and we'll have uploaded. Here is one off my free worksheets from my rebranding Warner one. Now, as you can see here, what I want people to do is note down three different things on the function we're gonna use now is called Form Field, so you just click on form field and what you get. Here's a pop up window with a drop down box, and you can choose between a text box, a check box, a radio box, a drop down box or a list box. We need to create a text box, so let's just select text and when you click with your mouse button on your page, what you can see here is you're getting a rectangle, and you can make this rectangle it's big or a small as you like. Simply keep your mouse button pressed and move around your mouse when you're done, Let it go and you've got your form field here. You can off course, adjust the size and the position that size by clicking on the corners. The position by clicking on the text field and keeping your left mouse button clicked. The next thing you would have to do is define the settings for the text that people are gonna fill in. You can choose a funt. Unfortunately, there just four different funds you can choose from. You can define the fund size. You can make the text bold or italic, and you can also define the fund color. Another thing you can do is when you right, click your mouse button and then click on object properties. You can give your form, feel the name, which is not really necessary. But he can also define whether you want the form field to be read, only to be required whether you want people to be able to enter multiple lines or you could old, so define the alignment off your text in the form field. Now, once you've done all that, you just click on OK, and when you want to create your next textbooks, all you gotta do is click on your page again and position your second form field. As you can see, the settings are still the same. Some no need to do that again. And let's just create number three and we're good. If you accidentally create more form fields than you need, just click on your right mouse button and then on the lead object. And now let's scroll down, see if there's something else we need to insert. We also have to insert a form field here now, As you can see, I have already put in some lines in my worksheet, so I would create a single form field for each of these lines. If you have a blank space here, what you can do is instead of really big tax box, then click on your right most button click on Object properties and then check the multi line box. And this way the people filling in your form would be able to type in several lines. Now, this is actually everything that we need to do in my worksheet here. Like I said, if you have a question of, for example, where you can also insert our check boxes radio boxes. Drop down boxes are least boxes, which pretty much works the same way. Let me just show you a drop down box for the fun of it. Let's say you wanted to insert a drop down box here. So you just click on your page, you drag your drop down box and then when you right click and go to object properties again , you can enter Read only required, Ah, low custom sword options. And here you would enter your field options, for example. Let's say our question is, how do you like your pimp your whistles class? And you would say I love it so so or could be better. Okay, click on OK. And then I'm gonna show you in a minute what this is gonna look like in your actual pdf. Now, another great function. I want to show you the link function. Let's say you have created a free Upton off, and at the end of this often offer, you're talking about a paid for offer on your website. So you can do is click a link and then you just highlight the text in your document where you're talking about, you're paid for offer and this opens a pop up window where you can actually enter the link to your website. Click on OK, What you can also do is link to a page within your document. But let's just stick with the euro. Click on OK, now the last thing we're going to do is click on this little I can hear which says safe or download your period. You can either save your pdf or you can open it. That's the thing we're gonna do. No, because I want to show you what your pdf actually looks like for your clients. Now, here we can insert our first answer and our second answer and answer number three. So this is what our text looks like. Let's find our second textbooks. This is the one we actually made multi line. So let's just see whether this is working on off course it is. But as you can see, if you've already inserted some lines in your document, simply create one tax box for each line because otherwise it looks a little weird. Here. Let's find our drop down box. Remember, our question was, how do you like your latest pimp? Your whistles class and off course you would put in. I love it. Okay, now let's check our link, see whether this works. And, of course, it's working perfectly. So this was it. That's everything I wanted to show you about. Pdf escape. Like I said, pdf escape also is a pdf Editors. So what you can do with your documents is you can add text. You can erase text. You can insert images you can insert freehand text. This would be handy if you want to sign something online. For example, you can insert lines, arrows, rectangles, circles, check marks. But all these functions you don't need for the kind of documents you probably want to create after finishing your class. And today I'm gonna walk you through the most important things. Your pdf for e books should include design and content wise. And I'm also revealing some secret weapons that every entrepreneur who wants to really stand out online should know. Are you ready for the cheat? Cheat? Let's get started now. The first question you have to ask yourself when you want to come up with an irresistible PdF or e book is Do I even have a great topic? My advice is, don't just ride about something that you like. You have to write about something that your readers like, and the best way to find out what your tribe wants to learn from you is to ask them. For example, send your followers and email and give them three options to choose from. Inquire about their number one burning question their number one burning desire or their number one. I have no idea where to start in watching the next, but I do know I need to do something. Pain point. This is what I do every time before start putting together in new class or a book, and I always get extremely helpful answers. The next question you should ask yourself is, Do I have a great cover if you have no idea how to create a gorgeous cover design and make sure to check out Part three of our training and I'm gonna give you a hint, it's a can of our tutorial. And if you're struggling with a catchy title, there are three things you can do. Number one. Create a pole in your favorite Facebook group and ask people which title they prefer. Now, if you don't know how to do their, let me just quickly show you. You go to one of your Facebook groups and then he would use quote down. You have a tap that is called Ask a question. Click on that tab and insert your question. For example. Do you know how to design an e book? Then you've got lines here which say, Add an option, and this is where you have to insert your answers, for example. Yes, of course, no or not. Sure, Do I? Once you've inserted your answers, all you gotta do is decide whether you want to allow other people to add options. Self check or uncheck this box and click on post. And what you get then is something that looks like this here, where people can simply check their boxes. And once enough people have answered your question, you just pick your winner. The second thing you can do when you want to come up with a great title is used. A title maker tour. The tool that I'm using is called Content Idea generator. What you have to do is enter your subject here. Let's take green smoothies, for example. Click on the little arrow and you will get your first title idea. 14 unexpected ways. Green smoothies can give you better hair or, for example, 10 things spoke would say about green smoothies. Six ways Green smoothies are cooler than Michael Jordan. Why green smoothies will make you question everything. Not to be honest, some off the tights off course are complete nonsense. But when you click through every option they offer you, I am pretty sure that you will at least get a very good idea off what you could call your e book, pick a title and then views another great tool, which analyzes the emotional marketing. Well, you off your title, I'm going to show you what I mean by that. It's a tool by the Advanced Marketing Institute, and all you gotta do is enter your headline text here. I'll just pick one off the headlines that I got from our content idea generator, which is this one here. My green smoothies are the best thing since sliced bread from the drop down box Jews, the industry that fits best with your business. In this case, it would be health and medicine and submit for analysis. Now our emotional score is 20%. The Advanced Marketing Institute says that most professional copywriters headlines will have an emotional marketing. Well, you score of 30 to 40%. The best people get 50 to 75%. If you're not happy with your score, just click on back and try another headline. This is also one that I got from title maker eight Things you don't want to hear about green smoothies. Submit for analysis and you see this title is already 40% which is actually pretty good. No, let's get back to our cheat sheet. You've got your great title and the next thing you need to ask yourself is, Do I need a table of content? This might seem simple, but I'm telling you, this is a must for longer documents because it makes navigating through your book a lot easier for your readers if you don't know how to create a table of contents in words. This is where I create all my e books, go to YouTube and type in how to create a table of content in em is word. There is plenty off great information out there, and you can create a table of content in no time. Another question is, Do I have an about me section? This is something that many entrepreneurs forget, But I'm telling you, people really want to know who you are and why they should even listen to you and to show them that you are an actual person and not just a fake somebody also include a picture of yourself. This will establish an actual relationship with your readers, and it will make them a lot more likely to eventually get in touch with you and ask about your products and services. Also, do I have a header off footer. I always use headers or forest in my documents, because this is where I include my website, your l, my title contact, email address or other important things that I want to have people at hand any time. This is also a great place to ensure your logo and what you should also always do when working with a header off footer is hyperlink your text so that people really just need one click to send you an email or to check out your website. Another question you can ask yourself is, Have I inserted page numbers? That's the same like with our table of contents. It's something simple toe ad, but really essential. Also ask yourself, AM are being consistent. And with this I mean, are you sticking with the same layout design elements and funds throughout your entire PDF and e book? I know it's incredibly tempting to choose all kinds of different phones child all kinds of different colors because there is so much choice and because everything looks so beautiful . But if you overload your readers, if you overwhelm them, they will quickly close your document and you will never see them again. Now, to make things easier, for you. My tip is to simply create a style guide in a word or excel file where you just enter your funds and your fund sizes your colors as RGB and it's hex codes, and you just save and keep this fall as a reference whenever you need to create any book. Another question you can ask yourself is, Is my language concise and clear? I have a degree in education and I've been teaching adults for more than 15 years. Believe me, when I say that less text is more likely to maintain your readers momentum, even though most of us attempted to put as much information as possible in our files. Just don't do that. Don't overwhelm your readers and also design wise. Don't try and squeeze too much text into one page to make things easier for scanners. And these are people who don't want to read each and every word of what you've got to say. They just want the big picture. The overview, the outline. Use shorter paragraphs, guide them through your document by using bullet points by using dividers and put the most important information in text. Paksas. Another question. To ask yourself is. Am I creating brand awareness? Now you're on online, entrepreneur. You want people to get to know your brand, so you have to make sure to regularly use branded elements so that your readers grow awareness about who's talking to them. Use your brand colors, your brand funds put in your logo. And also, if you have a mascot or a brand stamp, make sure to include it in your e book. Also, ask yourself, Have I included a summary? This is what you should put it. The end off each of your chapters off your e book in pdf, if applicable. You know this. Pdf here, the one that I'm walking you through. Right now, it only has five pages, But even here I've included as summary Why? Because summaries are simply helpful for your reader. They also offer space for brand elements, and they give you the chance to promote related office. The last question and this is actually one of the most important ones is Do I have a culture action? Ah, culture action ist that one thing you must never, ever forget at the end of your period for evil, because this is the moment When your readers want to learn more from you, make sure to send them to your sales page or encourage them to schedule a session with you . Make your culture actions stand out from your page by using a contrast in color and appealing visual or some white space. And when you look at my last page here, the first thing you see is the summary, so that when people want to print something out, all they need to print out. It's the very last page, and they will have a great checklist here. You also see my call to action at the bottom of the page. I've used contrasting colors, really big letters. I've used some white space around my box so that people really focus on the center where I've put my message, and what you can also find on my last page is the about me section with a photo of me so that people know who's talking to them. And of course you can read all these yourself. But there is one thing that I really, really want to point out about me, because just like you, I am a non graphic designer and I don't know a thing about Photoshopped, But I've made in my mission to show you that anyone can create an amazing signature brand design and business by using every day tools such as Emma's word, for example.
