About This Class

This class is a natural progression from my 2 previous classes - From Zero To Poker Hero - check it out here and Getting Better at Poker - check it out here.

In this class you will learn the last batch of the fundamentals of No Limit Texas Hold'em poker and you will practice them by playing micro stakes games online.

You'll learn:

  • 13 most common Poker Tells and how to keep a perfect poker face at the table
  • what expected value is and how you can use this concept when making decisions in your life, in business, and in poker
  • why stealing is an absolute must in tournament poker and how best to go about it
  • why you should pay attention to what other players are thinking about the way you play and how you can use your image as an advantage
  • what implied odds are and why it's important to keep them in mind especially in deep stack games
  • how powerful the check-raise can be and why it's an awesome tool to utilize in your poker game
  • some of the differences between online and live poker and a few tips that are very useful when you're playing live poker for the first time

Again, as with my other classes, I put a huge emphasis on practicing, because that's the best way to learn and get good at anything. I recommend that after every lesson you try and put into practice the concepts you're learning and play $0.01/$0.02 9max No Limit Texas Hold'em cash games online for at least 30 minutes. You'll be buying yourself in for $2 at a time so it's not like your risking anything and the practice you'll gain will be hugely beneficial.

Mastering these fundamentals of poker will allow you to beat the micro stakes online poker games with ease as well as most of the homegames you’ll ever get to play, so even if you initially lose a few bucks, you will 100% make it back and profit in the future if you only go through these concepts and practice them by playing.

If you're new to Poker, I really recommend taking the From Zero to Poker Hero class first, then taking the Getting Better at Poker class, and only then taking this one.
