About This Class

In the second of the Bitesized Branding classes we are going to look really closely at defining your target market, your perfect customer or client... this will help you with every part of your business and brand.

We will complete 3 exercises before collating all those into a simple paragraph describing your perfect customer.

I really enjoyed this class and learned a lot from it. My one criticism though would be that the audio is too soft. I struggled to hear the video even with the video volume and my laptop's volume at maximum, so I had to use headphones. Other than that, great class and I will enroll in her other classes :D

The class is great and the exercises made me think about my target market beyond vague overarching descriptions like "women in business". The only challenge was the volume for me was the audio because I couldn't hear well even with sound on max.
