About This Class

UX research is about so much more than finding out if your product is easy to use. Great product owners know that there are dozens of different research methodologies, each of which can teach you something different about your product or your user. This 1-hour class is designed to help you decide which sort of research will help you learn the most from your users. By the end of this class, you and your team will have a better understanding of the questions you need to have answered and the best research methods for accomplishing your goals.  This course is meant for Product Managers, Entrepreneurs, and anyone who wants to get started with  UX research, to learn better user research and customer development.
