Project Description

Your last assignment will be to create an outline for a story you want to write.

You'll have to pick one of the following genres to write your outline:

  • Terror
  • Romance
  • Science Fiction
  • Young adult
  • Mystery

  • Describe one of your characters: Here you will be describing one of your characters through the traits I mentioned on one of the videos; eyes, hair, complexion, and any unique details that make your character stand out.
  • Describe the environment your story will take place in: A lake? A city? A room? Does it smell of something? Is it dark? Is it crowded?! You are free to decide! But remember, play with the details of the place.
  • Tell me about a situation you want them to go through, meaning that, I want to know WHAT happens to them. What are they feeling? what are they doing at the time? are they having a meeting? maybe they are doing something that affects someone else, or perhaps something they might have gone through still haunts them.  Don’t be afraid to use anything that comes to mind!
