Beginner and Advanced Fitness Training for Boxing teaches basic boxing fitness designed to increase muscular strength, agility, speed, power and cardio endurance -- the perfect course to improve your fitness! Conditioning is where it all starts.  If you cannot last three minutes in the ring and recover within a minute, you shouldn’t be in the ring.  You have to train with a purpose and train to be fit.  Your plan has to be logical and well thought out.  This course will prepare you and help you become a fit and well-balanced boxer. Pretty nice course it was a bit boring in the beginning because it was all slides and images, but I liked it a lot when demonstration videos started to appear. Definitely recommended
