Project Description

Prepare a cut of meat you've never tried before.

ASSIGNMENT

You will purchase, prepare, and eat a cut of meat you’ve never tried before, using my recommendations from the class as a guide. The goal of this assignment is to help you get the most out of your meat. You'll gain confidence in really knowing where your meat comes from, what cuts and preparations sound good to you, and how to enjoy them.

DELIVERABLE

Upload a photo of your prepared meat dish. Include a description of the cut selection process, how you prepared it, and how you served it.
