About This Class

Welcome to Class One of Three 

Are you stuck in a rut? Do you want to make changes in your life but are not sure where to start? Have you had a dream that you are desperate to make come true but for some reason or other something stops you from achieving it? 

Well, as a trained life coach I know how that feels. My life changed when I had my son and at the time I hadn’t quite realised how much I needed the change. My lifestyle needed an overhaul and I needed to change things to fit in with my new lifestyle that worked for my family.

Everyone is in a completely different situation to each other but that is the great thing about this ‘Be your own Life coach’ class. Anyone can work through it. Starting with Class one of Three which covers your life up to this point, evaluating your life and working out what is holding you back. So thank you for taking the time to read the description. 1. Life Coach Introduction: Hello. Welcome to the be your own life, Coach Class. Siri's. If you're reading this, then it means I personally have overcome my own self doubt. I've made some changes, and I've just gone for it to me. It would also suggest that you might be looking for a little bit of support or guidance in your life. You may be fed up with your day job and have a few ideas floating about but a struggling to get yourself over the hill. To achieve your ultimate dream, you may be stuck in old entire relationships that no longer make you happy. Or you may just want to make general changes in your life for the better. Sometimes it's the small changes that we make in our lives that make our dreams more possible to achieve. But dreams air rarely achieved without action being taken by the dreamer that's you, we need to understand is that to achieve your goals in life, you not only need to be committed, you also need to overcome the things that are holding you back. Generally, these things and negative thoughts on limited beliefs. Thoughts can include things like, What will other people think or I'm not good enough to do that. But those thoughts are all they are, just thoughts They pop up from time to time. I'm a generally due to something that has happened or being said in the past that stuck with you, and they are enough to stop you from conquering your goals and achieving your dreams. They may make you feel as though you're not good enough, and that really is not the case. Everyone deserves the chance to make their dreams a reality. It is hard to change these lines of thoughts, especially when they're ingrained so deeply into our souls. But let me ask you something. What's the worst that can happen if this was your only chance and I'm not saying it is, but would or should you really care about others? Thoughts. I won't lie. Changing your mindset is probably the single hardest part of this class Siri's that you will need to overcome. I still have relapses today, and that's OK because it keeps you on your toes ready to keep fighting. You will inevitably have to overcome your fears. In order to achieve your goals, you will need to be brutally honest with yourself something that really is easier said than done. If you're not ready but to take that action, then the chances are this. Siri's may not help or work. That sounds harsh, which I don't want to pay. But for your own sake, it needed to be said only you can change your future, and so you need to be 100% dedicated to yourself. For that to happen over the next three class Siri's, we will try to decipher exactly what your goals and dreams are. We will work to discover the issues and thoughts that are stopping you from taking those all important steps toward your glorious looking future. And we will overcome your limited beliefs so that you can achieve your dreams. So let's get started with class one part one. See you in the next video by 2. Your Mission Statement: Hi, everyone. Welcome to Class One on part one off. This be your own life, Coach class In this video, we're going to talk about your mission statement. But before we get onto that, remember to take a look at your project on download the project book toe work through alongside this cloths on the videos as it provides you more information as we work through . No, let's talk about your mission statement and more importantly, what a mission statement is. So festival. What is it? A mission statement is a summary of your life. Up to this point, it can details significant things that have happened along the way. Uh, and also small things as they all brought you to the place that Europe today have all brought you to the point where your watching this glass, these things could be courses that you've done jobs that you've done places that you've traveled to or they could be things like relationships you've bean in Whether or not you being married or had Children, it can include anything and everything. Your mission statement covers everything that is shaped you into the person that you are today. It should cover thoughts you have had feelings you have had. But it should also say what you're looking for in life, what you want to change in your life. And, more importantly, why Why do you want to change your life as you have it already? Why you want what you want? So do me a favor and have a read through of part one of your work book and then complete the task. You'll need to complete this task to move on to part two. Once you've done that, I'll see you here for part two video. Have a great day, everyone by 3. Life Evaluation Chart: Hi, everyone. Great to see you back for the next part of this life coaching class. Part two. How you feeling after writing your mission statement, it can be a bit of a stir over that one. You can bring up mixed feelings, so I hope you're feeling okay about it. However, as we work through this cloth and Siri's, you will hopefully understand more. Your mission Statement on the following tasks are so important. So whilst they may bring ups animations, there is a reason for that is getting to know yourself. So part two of these class is all about evaluating your life, and we're going to be using a life evaluation chart now. The life evaluation chart allows you to evaluate different areas off your life. It's a brilliant tool to use to really get to know yourself, and this part is really vital. In order for you to learn progress, I make important decisions that can shape your future. After all, how can you make important life changing decisions if you don't really know yourself and know who you are? By completing the charts in part two of your workbook, it will help you to establish what your future goes are on what you need to work on to make you a more happy person and to make your lifestyle from now on the lifestyle that you want . It's also a great tour to remember, so that you can use it anytime, anywhere in the future, as your life will always change and progress. And so you may need to reevaluate things at a later stage. So remember this one for next time you need it. So go ahead now and read part two of your workbook. Work through the task and complete your life evaluation charts. Once you've done that, I will see you for the video. Three. Off this life, Coach Gene casts have a great day. Everyone by 4. Limited Beliefs: Hi, everyone. Thanks for tuning back into this video. This is video three Class one and part three of your workbook. Today. We're going to be looking at what holds you back from your golden dreams. For most people, what holds them back or what we call limiting beliefs, They are basically forts that you have on that you believe are true. And then they can limit you from achieving that your gold. So some examples off limited beliefs are things like, I'm not smart enough to do that or I cannot achieve that. Oh, I don't think I can do that. The list is quite endless, and I like most people, I'm a culprit of limiting beliefs. In fact, we used them so often that sometimes we don't even realize how negative we are being and how often during the day, week or even months and years because it becomes part of our everyday life. We've become so used to these limiting beliefs that we believe that more and more each time , and they get ingrained into all our memory so soon as something pops up that we want to try and do we automatically think I don't think I can do this. I'm not smart enough for that. No, what I want you to day. And this is in part three of your work book. I want you to sit down and write them down right down. All of the limiting beliefs that you can think off more might pop up during the day all over the coming week. So keep writing them down as you go by doing, if we become more mindful off them and it can help us to realize them as and when they pop up. Also, by being more mindful of them, we can allow ourselves the chance to question them. And by questioning ourselves, we're helping ourselves to look at changing those limiting beliefs. So go ahead and write them down as we will need them for part for this class. See you in the next video. Have a great day by 5. Overcoming Limited Beliefs: Hi, everyone. Welcome back to class one part for off this Be your own life, Coach class. It's great to see you back in this video along with the workbook Open heart, for we will be looking at overcoming those limited beliefs that we spoke about in the last video Are you for coming? Your limited beliefs is crucial for you to continuing down the path of changing your life. Essentially, we need to turn those negatives into positives, turning those limited beliefs which are negative into positive things that you can use as you go forward. So, firstly, I want you to think about what it is that you want or what you were wanting to achieve from the changes that you are making. You may have made a note of these changes on what you want in your mission statement. Now that you have that in your mind, think about what limiting belief. All beliefs are holding you back from achieving those ultimate goals and dreams. We need to think about what the's believes they're doing to your life on what they're doing to those dreams. Think about how they're stopping you from moving on and moving forward. and getting the life that you want. Once you've got that in your mind, we're going to look a changing that negative sentence into a positive one. So the icons become I can the eye muscles become. I must look of the limiting beliefs that you wrote down in part three and rewrite them using positive words and language. Changing your limited beliefs from negative to positive is the first step in having a more positive outlook. But we need to ensure that we continue to follow a positive path. This can be done by using things like affirmations that helped to strengthen your positive beliefs. Use this course of action on all your limited beliefs across all aspects of your life that you want to change. You've come so far from part one off this class, and we will be continuing the life coaching process in class too, where we will be looking to continue on from this class on work, on staying positive and also looking at more about what you want in life.
