1. Introduction: good day and welcome to the law of attraction. Effortless manifestation Siri's live life by design, not default In it, you'll learn how to stop resisting your ultimate success and start attracting your big dreams and abundance in all areas of your life quickly and easily with simple tools and techniques that anyone can use. My name's Chris Spink and I'll be your instructor. I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge and empowering others, and I've been learning and practicing how to deliberately create my own life and helping others create their dream life. For over 30 years now, before I discovered these tools and universal laws and learned how to implement them in my life successfully Ria, my wife and I were living on welfare and a very small annual income. But before long using the formula I teach, we've manifested enough abundance and wealth to become financially free and could choose whether to work again or not. We've managed to create a multi $1,000,000 property, Fort Folio in just five short years. I now choose to spend my time helping others manifest their dreams and desires. By the end of this seven part program, you will have rebooted your mind. Imagine having the power to create a new life for yourself on what that new life would look like when you have a life of increased prosperity, loving relationships, vibrant health and blissful joy. Inside the program, you'll learn that the number one obstacle to manifest in your hearts, dreams and desires is your subconscious limiting beliefs. And so I will be teaching you a powerful but simple toe learn self hypnosis technique I call the date mind system. I'll then teach you a fun process to turn your complete list of dreams and desires into a one sentence positive statement called Your Personal Power Affirmation. You'll use this unique, self created positive affirmation in conjunction with the powerful separate self hypnosis technique I teach you to help you replace your limiting beliefs and attract your ideal life after their or guide you through the changing your limiting beliefs process. To help you change those specific, hard to budge beliefs which are holding you back. The series is designed in small, easy to learn individual parts so you can learn and integrate what you've learned before. You move on to the next part, but please make sure you enroll in the next part of the series to get the full benefit from this complete program. Throughout the program, I'll give you a clear step by step, process toe, learn all you need to master these tools and techniques. I designed the program for anyone who wants ultimate success in their life, and also for anyone who's been struggling with the law of attraction, wanting to manifest all their dreams and desires. There are no prerequisites necessary, only an open mind and enthusiasm to learn bye for now. And if you enjoy this class, please leave. Creating Your Personal Power Affirmation Part 1: now to the fun part of the manifest your desires process, creating your personal power affirmation. This exercise does take a little bit of effort, but let me tell you, it is absolutely worth it. What you will end up with is your unique, self created personal power affirmation that you will then use with your self hypnosis so it will be placed deeply in your subconscious mind and begin to attract all your dreams and desires. Before you begin this process, please download and print the PdF's title personal power affirmation boxes and personal Power affirmation boxes with numbers from the resources section, and then have you completed list of desires and desired changes with you, which should look like the example provided desired list of changes. Example. Please download and print this example as well, so you can refer to it during this process. So please pauses video and do that now before we start. So now you have your list of desires and desired changes, and you have numbered each desire and change sequentially, as in the in this example. Then it's time to begin to create your personal power affirmation out of your list of desires and desired changes. To do this, you'll be looking over your list and trying to find any similar statements. Saving group thes similar statements into a box. You'll be using the printed PdF titled Personal Power Affirmation Boxes. To do this, the place. Get this. Now you'll find as you look over your list, you see certain statements that have a similar feeling or meaning to others. I want you to find these similar statements and by number, put them in The box is provided. The easiest way is to start at number one at the top of your list and see if your first statement relates to any others going down the entire list. Place all of the numbers that relate to this statement in one box, then move to the next statement or desire, which is different and find similar statements. Then put them into the next box by by their corresponding number. Continue this process until you have all your desires and desired changes listed by number in one of the boxes. So, for example, using the example list I've provided for you, starting with number 29. I want to stop being tired when I get home from work. Looking down the list. I see Number 36. I want to stop feeling so clogged up and unhealthy as being similar. So I put 29 in the first box, followed by a comma and then number 36. I would also say, looking down the list that number 38 I want to have a job that is more compatible with my own inner nature as also going in this box as it relates to work and is probably a reason why they're feeling tired when they come home. But this is just my view. You may see it differently, and that's okay. There are no right or wrong answers. This is totally your process. So whatever you choose to be similar and make sense to you is great. So once you've completed all of the similar statements, the 1st 1 and place all their numbers in one box, move on to the next number down the list. If it was not similar to the 1st 1 and place it in the next box in this example, it would be number 30. I want to feel set of satisfied inside with what I do and who I am, then moving down the list. Excluding any of the statements I've already placed in a box. I can see quite a few similarities to this statement, such as number 31. I want to stop being a failure and number 32. I want to be less worried. See if you can find more similarities in this list, and then you would place all of these numbers in the next box. Then you'd repeat this process until you've completed the whole list. Watch this video as many times as you wish. Until you're comfortable with the process, you could practices. Process on the example that I've provided. Or, if you understand the process, please move on to your own list and complete this process of placing all of your similar statements by number into a box. If you have any problems or questions about this process, please don't hesitate to leave me a message or email me. I am more than happy to help 3. Creating Your Personal Power Affirmation Part 2: your personal power affirmation boxes should now look like this with your whole list in one of the boxes. By corresponding number. In this next step, I would like you to give a name or phrase to each of your boxes. Look at the statements in each box and see if there's a general feeling or thought, and you can use as a name for each of the boxes. This thought or feeling could be positive or negative. It could be things such as success or fear of success loving relationships, health, vitality, freedom, judgmental or non judgmental. Joy, rejection awareness or maybe fun or spontaneous. Just give each of your boxes a name or title now that covers the statements in each box. When you finish that, your boxes should look like this in the example. Personal power affirmation boxes with names, So please name all of your boxes now 4. Creating Your Personal Power Affirmation Part 3: now that you've named all of your boxes. The next part of the process is to reduce the number of boxes you have down to six. You'll do this by combining any other boxes that you think are similar in nature again, this is totally up to you, and there are no right or wrong answers. So just look down your boxes and names now and see if you can find similar boxes by looking at the type of statements you've put in each box. And when you find two boxes that seems similar, just draw an arrow from one box to the other, and when you have six boxes left will move on to the next part of the process. Many other words. If you have nine boxes, you want to decrease the number two seeks, so you need to join up three boxes 23 of your other boxes by drawing errors from one box to another, shown here in this example, And once you've decreased your boxes to six, then I want you to write down a name or title for each new box you have joined. Taking into account all of the statements in each of the boxes that you've joined together , right? These new names for each box on a clean piece of paper, write the words or names you have identified with eight baht box from 1 to 6 down the page . Now you have a new list of names which would look like this, so just please reduce the number of boxes you have to six and name. Or rename these six boxes now and write them as a list on a new piece of paper. 5. Creating Your Personal Power Affirmation Part 4: When you have your six names on a new piece of paper, I want you to see if any of the words you've used a negative like fear of success or unhealthy. For each of the words or statements, I want you to come up with a positive term. It doesn't have to just be the opposite if it's negative. For example, if you had unhealthy, the positive doesn't necessarily have to be healthy. It could be full of vitality or full of energy. For example, these six words or phrases will be used in your personal power information to help you to see if any of your words are negative. I'd like you to use something, which is called the more test created by Lindsay Yates, PH. D. The more test is where you place the words I want Mawr in front of the word or phrase that you want to use in your affirmation. For example, I want to be more joyful or I want to be more successful, say the statement out loud to yourself and then see how these statements feel if they feel good to you. And this is a word that you want to use in your personal power information. If this statement doesn't feel good, for example, you have your box named Less worry or less fear. Using the more test this would become, I want more worry or I want more fear, which obviously doesn't feel good. So you need to change these names to something that does work in the more test, which might be something like come or confident. The idea of the more test is to make sure that the words or terms we end up with a completely positive and feel good. At this stage, you can change the words to any positive term. You like using the mortise to make sure that it is the right word again. Remember, this is your process, yours to do with whatever you choose. What I want you to be aware off is that these six words which you're using your personal power information, will completely cover your whole list of your desires and desired changes. Isn't that exciting? So please write your list of positive words or terms which you were using your personal power information. Now 6. Creating Your Personal Power Affirmation Part 5: Now we get to the really exciting part of actually creating your personal power affirmation . And now that you have your six words, you can begin to put these words into positive phrase a statement. I want your statement to be in the following form, for example, because I am free from the past, joyful and aware. I am successful, healthy and accepting So using the statement Because I am with three of your affirmation words, then I am the last three of your affirmation words. So it will look like this because I am 12 and three of your information words. I am 45 and six in whatever order that sounds the best to you again. Once you've started saying your personal power information to yourself, you may wish to change the order of the words around so that so they make more sense to you or even change the words if you like, as long as they mean the same thing. Whatever feels good to you, I want you to end up with a statement which positively and completely reflects what you wrote in your list of desires and desired changes and everything you want to be, do and have. So once you feel comfortable with your personal power affirmation. And don't worry if again you can change it at any time. Now you'll be using it with the yoga Nedra to place it into your deepmind, your subconscious, where it will change negative self talk to positive and create a new mindset to create your life the way that you choose. So what you'll do is when you get to zero in your yoga need, Ra is you'll say, your personal power affirmation three times. And along with saying the affirmation, I want you to really get a good feeling as if this information is already true. Just imagine it being true, because whatever you focus your mind on with the law of attraction is what you will manifest. So please complete your personal power information now by putting your six words into the statement. Because I am 12 and three. I am for five and six. When you've completed it, just say it to yourself a number of times to see how it feels and then practise saying it three times in a row a few times, So you remember it when you've memorized your affirmation. I want you to practice doing it with your yoga, Nedra Quick version three times and see how it feels. I'm guessing it will feel great. So when you finish this, congratulate yourself and congratulations from May I know that took a bit of work to get this, but trust me, it is all worth. While your new personal power affirmation will replace old negative thinking, self talk and beliefs with new and powerful positive thoughts, self talk and beliefs. And it's different to other affirmations you may have used in the past as it's completely unique and self created and covers all your dreams and desires. Also, another major difference in using this personal power information compared to others you may have used is that you will be placing it into your deepmind with the use of your self hypnosis technique. The yoga Nedra and this is when it becomes truly powerful and enables it to override old negative programming with ease
