Project Description

Your project for this class is to learn the simple breathing meditation that I have given you and practice it at least once a day. Science has proven that Meditation can help reduce harmful stress and is simply the best ways to quiet your mind which will stop resistance so the law of attraction will begin to bring to you more good feeling thoughts and experiences.

Practice this meditation at least once a day to help you get comfortable with doing it on your own and report back to me and your classmates how you are going with this and how it feels. The best time to do this is when you first wake up because after you have been sleeping all negative thinking has stopped.

Once you have enjoyed this experience please share here what you felt and also watch out for what you are attracting into your life and report back.
