Project Description

30 Minutes to a Great Initial Interview

912a7cb0

George P. Brown PhD

The purpose of this Project is to learn how to motivate yourself or another person to want to perform Basic Estate Planning

This Project will teach you how to Create a Great Initial Interview, even if you are interviewing yourself!

You need to get down to the basics as quickly and comfortably as possible.  You will need to understand what is important, and what will motivate you, or the person you are talking to, about caring for themselves or their families.  In performing this project, you will conduct 5 interviews, the first one being the one you will conduct of yourself.

The questions are extremely simple, but the answers are almost always different. This technique will be useful to you in almost every aspect of your life, not just in estate planning.  You will tabulate the brief responses to the questions and feed them back to me.  The project will take you about 15 minutes for each interview, and you should be able to complete the project in a total time of two hours, over as long as it takes you to talk face-to-face with four other people.  This cannot be done on the phone or by email.
