This course is perfect for all ladies Intermediate Level. Perfect if you wish to expand your knowledge.  We expand and introduce new “Core Techniques” essential for this level. I had built three routines which cover footwork, body movement, and amp siding. I hope you're as excited as I am. So let's get started. 2. Routine 1 with Demo, Explanation & Practice: Okay, so now ladies, I'm gonna teach you a recap routine from all of the moves you have covered in beginner and improve ALL levels. Let's start with the basic. We have 12345678. When you finish your basic, you step into flare first. Let's do the legs. So we step with the right, extended left, step with the left extent the right, then come back step with the right, extended left step with the left and top on the right. Now, let's add a little bit of styling. So when we step with the right, we extend both arms. The ride goes up and the left goes forward. Then when we step with the left, will bring the left arm to the waste and the right one goes behind head. Then when we come back, we step and extend the right hand. Then come back and bring both to basic position. Okay, let's do that with the count. We have basic 234567812345678. Alito, something extra you can do. When you when you step back, you can look in the hand. So you look at the hand and then come back. Let's continue. So after you come back from the flare, you step to the side, open both legs. You have them really strong and grounded. And then you hinge from the hips forward. So you hinge forward. You leave the head down. Then you make half a circle and come back up.
