In this course, we will build on what you've learned in the Beginners Course, introducing loads of new moves, core techniques, and styling tips that will take your dancing to the next level. 2. SS Bachata Ladies Vol2 1 Recap Routine: Let's start with a recap routine, which will include all the steps that you have learned in the beginning, of course. It starts with an intro, so we do some slow expressive moves. First one is we step slowly to decide and together so slow to step 12345678. And at the end we do to a figure of eight tips. At the same time, we do our arms, we grab with our right arm across the body. So we go 12, then bring it across the chest and brush like this. So from the front we go 1234. And then we do the other arm to soft up 56, swinging up 78. And then there's just like two extra counts for your hips. Bus, you bring your arms down. Okay, so we go 1234567812, hips. Ok, that's the intro. Let me do it once more from the back. 567812345678, bomb, hip, hip. Then the B kicks in and we start. We go basic 1234, then basic cross behind 5678 K. So half a basic 1234 cross behind with a release and twist for 678. Let me do that from the front or you go 12345678. Okay. Then from there we do a mumbles step to the side with a full term. So we go 1234 and then a top 5678. So it is 123456 steps to this site. Let me do it from the very beginning. We went 12345678121234567812345678. SS Bachata Ladies Vol2 2 Isolations: In the next few sections, we focus a lot on body isolations. In the modern Barchester styles, we use a lot of body isolations to interpret the music. So let's do a few that are very common. First, so we start with the chest, half a white confortable stand, and then just try to move your chest side-to-side from your trip. So you cut your buddy in in half and then we just go side to side. Side to side. Make sure not tilting like this. So your shoulders stay on one level and then you just going pulled to the side. And the other side also helps if you have your hands up. We go 12345678. If you struggle with this or just want to practice more, please go to our isolation course for a more detailed breakdown. Ok, so our first move starts with this body isolation. We go to the site and then we follow with our hip like this k. So we go side, hip and then we go hip and chest. So chest, hip, hip and chest. Chest, hip, hip and chest. So we shift. I will wait a little bit over to one side and the other side as well may actually bend your legs. It's much more comfortable and easy to do it with your legs bent. Let's do again, 567812345678. That's right. Now, let's go to the other side. So we push our chest to the other side first. Then follow with your hips? Hips, back, chest, chest, hip, hip, chest, chest, hip, hip, chest. This is a move that will be in your partner work, so the guys lead it, but you eventually do the move yourself. Not the guy's not pulling you and pushing you. We can also do half a circle to the back. So this time we go side to the back as if somebody punched you in the stomach, curfew or upper body a little bit, and then to the other side. So practice them. So you feel very comfortable with it. 4. SS Bachata Ladies Vol2 4 Hip Rolls Basic Variation: In this section, I will teach you a number of different variations of HIPAA rules. Let's start with the most basic one. We start with half a basic, 1234. Then you step out with your left leg, push your hip out to the left, and then we go over to back to the right and then move your shift your weight over to the left foot to tap again, 12345 to the left, around the back to the right. And then we shift our weight over to the left and tap your lake with counts 567812345678, from the front. 5678, 12345678, and once more, 567812345678. You can of course, also do a hip roll to the other side. This time we go 11234. So we go straight away. Step out on your right, push your hips to the right, over the back to the left, and then shift over onto your right leg. And then we finish the other half of the basic 5678. Once more. We step out onto your right, push your hip out. All would go back to the left, shift your weight over to tap. And then your other 5.5678 with counts 567812345678, again, 12345678, and from the front, 67812345678, again, 12345678. Make sure when you do your hip roles. First of all, keep your leg straight. Okay. So from the size when I do it, boom. Like that. Okay. Because if you bend your legs, it's not that pretty. Okay. So make sure you keep your leg straight and just arch your back out like this. And then also keep her upper body straight. Don't bend forward like that. Really arched up back to keep your upper body upright like this. So your upper body is basically in the center of you and your hips are going round the center and then you shift your weight. Okay, this is very important. Keep your leg straight and your upper body upright. 5. SS Bachata Ladies Vol2 4b Hip Rolls Basic Back to Centre Variation: So in the first version I showed you, we transferred, I will wait over to the other lake. So we went like this and transfer over. Now I will show you a version where you come back to the center. So you step out and you come back, but you still have to transfer your weight to the other foot and tap on your left so you're on the right leg. Let's do it slowly from the back. And let's try with the counts. 5678, 12345678. 6. SS Bachata Ladies Vol2 4c Hip Rolls To The Front: We can do a similar sort of hip roles with the same counts, but this time we will go to the front. Let me show you. We go half a basic 1234. Now step your left leg forward instead of to the side. Forward, pushy hips forward, around to the side, and back. And step. Again. We go 1234, step B, leg forward. Push your hips up, rounds, clothes and top. Let me just show you that hip roll movement. So we have our left leg in front. Nice spent and then you push your hips up and round. So up and forward, whirl and round to the back, up and round, and round and round. If this feels a bit funny, then just do it a few times and it should start to feel more lateral. So again, we go up and round up and runs. So when we do it in the basic step, we go up and then we close step on that leg. And the other one let's try the other side. So this time half your right leg and from the view and then just push your hip up and around to the back, up forward, around to the back. Let me show you from the side. We go up to the front and round the back, up to the front, round to the back. And then again, you have two counts to do that. And then you step on the leg and up the other one. Okay. So let's start with the basic. We go 123456, 78567812345678. And to the other side, we start with the hip roll. We start 1.5234, a basic 5678. Again. We start one to step on your right leg, tap your left and basic 678 from the front. Both of those we start with the left one. So but a sick 123456781, small 12345678. And the one to the right, we start with the roll 56781234567, again, 12345678. And these outer your hip roles to the front. 7. SS Bachata Ladies Vol2 4d Hip Rolls Lateral: You can also do hip roles that don't go round, but we go lateral. So this time we draw a circle like this and not like that, if that makes sense. So it's the same timing. We go 1234. Now, lift up your left leg and your hip. So really pull up that hip. Then we go over, take a big step out, then drop your hip down round. So we raise our lake and hip up, step out, pushes hip to the side, then we go down, transferred to the other side, and then keep going with the circle, step together and top. Okay, let's do it with the basic step, 567812345678. As you can see, it's quite fast. So you have to do that whole round and then come together in four counts. Let's try again. 567812345678, from the front. 567812345678567812345678. This is the most common version where you just do one big circle. But there is also a really nice version that I'd like to show you where you come back the other way. Let me show you what I mean. So we go 1234, raise your leg up, transfer your weight. So, so far it's exactly the same. But now instead of coming over to transfer our way back, we go under with our smiley face back. And then again slowly. So we raise our leg up, left, transferred to the right. And then we go straight back, ROM and tap from the France. A second version may go up round to the right and then you send a hip back, one to the left and tap. Okay. Let me show you the two versions straight after each other so you can see the difference. So the fast version was like this, round and then we kept going up and round together. And the second version was this. We go up rounds. And this time we go back and tap. Okay. Of course you can do both of these versions to the other side. Let's try that. So this time we start with a right leg lift up and your hip, push it out to the right, then our smiley face transfer your weight to the left. Over, close the left in and tap. Once more. Lift your leg up and your hip. Push it out to your right, transfer it over to the left and close together and touch with our basic. So the standard would start on one. We go 1234567812345678 and to the front, 56781234567812345678. Let's do the second versions where we go smiley face and then smiley face back. Say in vain we go 12 and then back, warm clothes, 5678. Once more slowly, lift your leg up. You hips out to the side, smiley face to the left, sliders or face back to the right. Same thing than what we did with the first hip roll version. So what that means is instead of going out 123 and transfer your weight over, is you come back 1234. So we stay on the spot. Let me show you from the back slowly. So lift your right leg up. B, go on. One, do your smiley face, and then you come straight into the middle again. So we just do one circle into the middle. Up and into the middle. You only have two counts to do that. So you go 12, then you have to step on three and tap on for, let's do that again. We go one to step on three upon four, and then we're ready to do it to the other side where you go. 1234. Obviously on the left, it will be 5678. So again, we start with the right on 11234567812345678. Really tried to push from your hips. Okay. So your hips your whole body movement should be driven by your hips? Okay. From the front, 56781234567812345678. Just that tried out very slow until you feel comfortable. So the soonest to see. Can we then go landed in January. We go from here. We step out, swap your arms, then turn spoke again, and turn, swap again and tap. You're here with your right arm up and the left on them. So when you do it fast, these movements should become like a wheel. Okay? So if your arms go like this, and then this circle rounds and you can see that circular motion. Then we arch over. Push your hips forward, still have your legs straight and just lean back with your upper body like this, sort of a very bad posture. And then the third step is sitting down. So bend your legs and just be in a sitting position like this. Make sure your shoulders are already your hips. Let's do that again. We stick our chest out. That Art. Leaned back, push your hips forward, and then sit down. Again. We go 123. Now we try to combine those three steps into a smooth body roll down. Alright, where you go? 123, again. 123 and a bit faster, 123. And this is your body roll down. Obviously, we can also come up. So if you start in your sitting position, then push your hips forward, lean back, stretch your legs, then bring your upper body forward like this to get chest out, and then come back to neutral. So we go sit, pushes forward, then exchange your hips and your upper body like this. And then neutral. Once more. We go 123 and neutral. And now small. Come up and neutral. Again. Puts your right leg out, lift your chest up, art or transfer your weight to the right leg and then sit down and close the left leg. Then switch the corner, stickier, left leg out, lift up, transfer your weight back, and roll down. Close your right leg. Let's try it a little bit faster. 567812345678, again, 12345678. And this is your slow two-step. Obviously we can also do it fast. So for two steps in a count of eight, and this time we'll do a smaller ripple.
