1. Introduction: Hello. My name is Sisi and I'm the water color Atis in Hong Kong. Welcome to my class. My favorite painting subjects are animals and flowers paying a lot off animal portraits. I also like to paying in the misty and most Eric style that I believe every painting has a story behind. I have exhibitions around the world. I met a lot of watercolor artists. I traveled to many places giving demonstrations and workshops. Today I will share with you the process of this painting. So let's get started to my class. 2. 1. Basic Tools: So let's take a look on the basic Jews and the painting. I use whole and water colors from Japan. These colors used are ultra marine de sap green operas, British Abreu, safe er and burnt number For the rushes, I used a free inches flat brush that is for only wetting the paper. So this is not the must to have this. You may use an airbrush too wet to paper, two inches brush for painting, the background and a small round brush for the flowers, birds and the details. The paper I used as a co press of its A 300 GSM. You may also use a rough service and the brand will find, but make sure that it is 100% cotton. I use a single for shit paper, then cut into half. You may also use a water color block from any brand. We also need masking fluid for this painting. You've been by this in a nut store. This is to help to leave the white easily on the paper. But we were only use a little on the birth speak and on the flower way also need the small sponge that we can find in those households shop. Lastly, a neither plastic backing. This is to maintain the humidity off the paper. I like thicker backing, but a thinner and lighter one would be fine at swell. We also need a spray botto, a pallet mixer and the water container. 3. 2. Sketching: and this Stop. We start with a simple sketch. We do not need to have details on the structure off the grass or the bird. The name thing is to only sketch to shape on the position of the subject. - Also , it was lightly draw the position off the okay. Big and small circular shape on the paper. This must be a very light drawing. Otherwise depends. So Mark cannot be wrapped off later. After finishing, we use a little masking fluid to pull on a bird, speak to crawl in some parts of the flowers. Then we will wet both sides off the paper and live it to drivers of minutes. No. 4. 3. Painting the background: and this stop we start to paint the background before he started to check. The paper is around 80% dry. This is important that there is no reflection off the water on the service. Off the paper we used Fortis approved mixed with outre more indie start painting on the right side, using a flat brush and very fast rock and leave the circle of shape flew without a background. This step needs to be finished fast, for the color can brand. Naturally, some circles could be overlapped with each other with different sizes when painting around the bird. We need to be careful, - Yeah . 5. 4. Painting the grass: and this step we keep on going painting the grass Start from the lower part. We use submarine mixed with severe to create a dark agreeing And then we used a small brush to paint the long shape grass. As the paper is still wet, the brownish green will brand into the background. We keep on adding the grass long and short until we feel that's come. Precision is satisfied. - We then used to small brush dip with water to make the circle of mark on the paper. We can add a little operas, pain to it. This will form very tiny paying circles marks the amount of border will affect the size of the circle. Months after we used a flat brush again to slightly soft in the circles with the background to make it look more naturally. - Okay . - Okay , way you sprint number with larger Mongol Father and pour onto the paper This stop. We need to be very careful so that the pain underneath will not lived very gently. Let the pain flow on the paper. Otherwise it will leave marks on the painting. We don't put it flat and live it. Driver Some minutes if you find the color too dark or the pain can throw easily on the paper. You can spray some water to make the pain flowed naturally. 6. 5. Painting the bird: the painting is now 90% dry. We will start to paying the bird. We used burns number mixed with Sylvia Start around the eyes of the bird flu. The head to the body used the water to soften the edges. Then around I reuse a darker color For the second layer on the body, we use a relatively dry brush, paying a shape off the wing and put some more layers off Dhaka pain to create the texture and richness. Bad. Okay, yeah, - for the background. We now use a letter sponge to lift the color, leaving some small wife circular shape from 10 to time. You have to wash your sponge. When you find some pains on this bunch, you need to clean it before you wipe another area off the painting and finally with pain, the eye off the birth. 7. 6. Final retouch: when the painting fully dried weaken dropped off the masking fluid. We use severe to add to the crawl off the birth as well, Asan the branches. Then we will put opera pain on the flour and other areas between the grasses and put some water to make the color brand with the background. So the final painting is finished. Are you satisfied with your painting? You can share with me flu email or Facebook or messenger? I hope you enjoy the class. See you next time.
