Project Description

Create a growth cheat sheet for your current or future business

ASSIGNMENT

You'll create a growth cheat sheet for your current or future business by answering questions from the 5 sections in this class.

There is a lot of material covered and it would be impossible to implement everything all at once, so this class project is meant as a way to prioritize action steps so you can see real growth in your endeavors.

By bringing these answers together in one place, you'll create a valuable reference and guide for yourself and your business. Also, by sharing in the class project gallery, we'll be able to start a very valuable dialogue between students. We are in this together!

DELIVERABLE

A completed project will include the following. Keep it brief: each section should be no more than 5 sentences. Feel free to include images if they're relevant.

  • 1-3 goals for building your team
  • 1-3 short-term action steps to "make it rain" in the short term (day, week, month)
  • 1 customer service strategy to improve your business tomorrow
  • 1-3 ways to land positive PR in the next month
  • Define the ecosystem for your company and market, creating a win-win for all stakeholders
