I have always been crazy about bread since i was a kid, my earliest bread memory was when my mother would send me to the local bakery Langhoff's bakery in Silkeborg, Denmark to pick up a freshly baked bloomer, wrapped in a piece of paper.

My mother would cut some thick slices, of the bloomer a generous layer of butter and fresh strawberry jam, i was the happiest kid in the world, to me it was magic.

When i was around 11-12 years old, i would deliver newspapers on bike in the morning before i went to school, and at the end of my route i would knock on the backdoor to the local bakery, and have a chat with the baker, exchange a fresh newspaper with a fresh Danish pastry and one day he asked me if i wanted to come and work in the bakery, to help out a bit with the cleaning of... 1. Intro.: Hello and welcome to John Sport food into basically there were gonna make some dinner rolls and they're gonna be super super soft on Delicious. This recipe is so easy. Anybody can do it at home in their own kitchen. So let's do some bacon. 2. Scale off the ingredients.: a number at all my ingredients to my mixing bowl on. If you don't have a mixer, you can easily mix this by hand. I like to add all my wet ingredients first, and then I'm gonna my dry ingredients first. I'm gonna add my water. I'm gonna have my ex on. Then I'm gonna add my yeast. Have freshest, but I'm gonna write in the recipe. If you're using instant use, how much you use? I'm just gonna put that in there in the water on X. And then I have my flower. This is just a all purpose flour. And then I have sugar on salt. And then I have a little bit of butter that I soft and a little bit in the microwave. And with that and then on to your to your mixer. If you're mixing by hand, then in a mixing bowl now 3. Mix and rest the dough.: I'm gonna start mixing a slow speed on this Goal. Needs to mix around 6 to 10 minutes on. When it does us toe come together, you can increase the speed a little bit. - So now, though, has been mixed on. I'm gonna translate into a bowl that Greece a little bit just to make sure it doesn't. And I'm gonna You're full just to its nice. That's more just like and I'm gonna cover it with something feel, and then we're gonna leave it to rest for one hour. 4. Scale off the dinner rolls.: So my my daughter has been resting for about it almost double in size that you can see. I said soft. Um, on now it's ready. Toe shape in tow, dinner rolls. So let's get started. So if you follow the recipe, that should be around 1250. Grandma Jo. So I'm gonna make 12 in the roles at 100 grams each. So scare them off it 100 on this. No, is not very sticky, so you don't need any flower on the table. It's fairly easy to handle on 12. 5. Shape the dinner rolls.: then you're gonna take a bacon trade with some letters on parchment. I have some cynical baking mats, and I'm gonna take my dinner rolls. I'm gonna roll them up like this. You basically you make a like a club with your hand. You still don't Don't need any flower. This, though, is really, really forgiving and really using toe humble. If you feel that these dinner rose a little bit too big, you could make 15. But I like this size, and I put them fairly close to each other because I want them when they proved that they they bake into each other, you know, that's a baker used two hands old has how dinner Rose. Ready to prove, uh, one last trick. I have this, uh, frame that you can just if you have one of the bacon trace with an edge, and it doesn't matter too much, but this trays, it's completely flat. So So I'm gonna put this on this one. Can be adjusted to any science off Trey you have at home. So it's pretty clever on. Then. You're gonna covered with a tea towel on. Leave it to prove until double in size 6. Prove and prepare the dinner rolls for baking.: so no super soft, delicious dinner rose have proved until double in size. You can see now they are. They're starting to grow into each other, so that's exactly what we want. So now we're gonna breast with some wash on, put some toppings on. So here's my egg wash on very gently brushed them with egg wash. I don't want to be too rough. Then they might collapse this recipe. You can use it for burger buns as well, if you like. Then you just gonna make a little bit more distance and no ring on longer. Have a mics off black sesame sees on on normal white sesame suits. I'm gonna put that on half, half of them on the other half. I'm gonna put a little bit of cracked pepper blood pebble on a little bit off Flavius result. And these buns are so good, um, in the lunchbox for any food, for a sandwich, for some small sliders. So now you put them in the oven at 200 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes onto their golden brown 7. Bake the dinner rolls and final words.: so his super soft, delicious dinner rose right out of the oven. Make sure you let them cool off before you start to separate them. Look how soft these bones are. They're just perfect.
