About This Class

In this class you will learn to create a colorful sunset landscape painting by following along with my process as I walk you through my techniques, tools, brush strokes, and colors. In addition to this you'll learn to look critically at a reference photo and adapt it to suite your style and imagination.

Materials Used:

Acrylic paints

-ultramarine blue, cadmium red, cadmium yellow, titanium white, Windsor blue, red violet, sap green, green gold, pthaylo green, Paynes gray

Palette for mixing paints (mine is glass, and an easy option for this it to use the glass from a picture frame! be sure to either keep the glass in a frame or tape the edges to avoid injuries.)

Water jar

Brushes (I use a fine detail brush #1, Medium round #7, and a 1/2 inch flat brush)

Water Color paper (300gsm)

Gesso
