Project Description

Kandinsky Circle

Project:  Kandinsky Circle

8c21e449

Create an individual circle from Kandinsky's 1913 "Squares of Concentric Circles" painting (below).  I will guide you step-by-step through the painting.  By the end of the class, you will have a gallery-worthy work of modern art to showcase your talent.

Remember to post photos of your sketches and your progress so that I can provide feedback, answers to questions, and encouragement along the way.  Don't be shy!  Post pictures of your written notes, brainstorming, and color combo moodboards -- even your music choices. Skillshare offers a supportive and fun community, and we will take advantage of this positive environment to help you maximize the value of this experience.

To get started, take a look at this list of class art supplies and other resources.

Together, we will discover and embrace the adventure of making abstract art.  Don't miss out on this colorful and inspirational journey!
