About This Class
No matter how much you love your business, whether you own your own, or are the "employee of the year", there are times when you hit a wall. A problem comes up, you wrack your brains, but nothing happens. You may wonder if you've made a huge mistake, if you've "climbed the wrong ladder", or you've lost your "mojo".
In this class you will learn a simple 8-step problem solving methodology that is visual and called an "A3 document". It allows you to gain deeper insight into the wall that you've hit, and will ultimately unleash your creativity that will allow you to jump through, go around, tunnel under, or simply see the wall differently.
