About This Class
You don’t need to hop on a plane to eat delicious and authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Join us for the next 30 minutes or so to learn the fundamentals of Mediterranean cooking. I’ll take you through the basics of getting started in Mediterranean cooking, while infusing some of my own family traditions. Welcoming anyone with a desire to dabble in Mediterranean cooking, this class will ultimately teach you the basics of this cuisine and what makes it so unique. By the end of the class, you’ll have the chance to try any of the three dishes yourself and taste firsthand how simple and flavorful food is in this part of the world.

Some good ideas but I would have liked to see more recipes and techniques, and maybe a printout with the recipes.
I thought this was a really unique and interesting lesson on Syrian & Lebanon cuisine.
Enjoyed this class. The food looks really good. I would like to see more Mediterranean/Levantine food classes- the cuisine is very fresh tasting. I like that she chose dishes that had generally accessible ingredients. I also liked the fact that the menu doesn't take too much time to make. Thumbs up.
