1. Why Should I Take This Class?: This is a great addition to the class. How to create smarter goals, stop for a moment and imagine feeling truly excited and thrilled as you take action every day towards your goals, you can literally feel the mo mentum building as you see your progress and watch. As your goals become more vivid and real to you, to the point where you can almost taste them, you can literally feel their reality in one of the easiest ways that I've learned to gain. Massive motivation to achieve your goals is by tapping the power of the subconscious mind to help you. Now you've probably heard the huge claims before of how you can program your subconscious mind for success. And then Ferraris just start manifesting in your life. Well, the reality is really quite different than that, but the fact is that the vast majority of your behavior is controlled by unconscious processes. By your deeper mind, it's like a supercomputer that's literally running the show. It's the workhorse behind the scenes, carrying out millions of processes every day for you, while your conscious mind processes about 5 to 9 bits of information in any given moment, so simply put. Turning Dreams Into Reality Guided Meditation: go ahead and find a comfortable position where you can relax and focus in. You can sit up or lie down, whichever you prefer. And as you're listening, you can simply allow your body to become completely still. Know what I'd like you to do is to begin to slow your breathing down, taking deeper, slower breaths. Breathe in through your nose on breathe out anyway. That feels comfortable to you. And as you breathe out, allow your exhale to be longer than your inhale. Just exhaling very, very slowly. Just allowing yourself to continue to focus and relax completely way Hearing the sounds around you, weighing the temperature of the room you're in feeling the weight of your body. You can allow yourself. Just melt into this moment. Wakefield growing comfort in peace inside. No letting go because there's no need to try to control or change anything, just resting in this movement, becoming more and more relaxed, more and more completely absorbed that way because the fact is that the mind is a very powerful tool when you allow it to operate in its natural state . That way, when someone is in the zone, they feel completely absorbed in this moment, they're so focused on what they're doing that they literally become the process way to talk about the game plane itself through them. Writers say that the book wrote itself. So it is with the best ideas in actions you take, because once you establish a clear goal and you put together a simple plan, it's now time to take those steps. It's now time to act on that plan because you don't need to figure out every detail that's for your unconscious mind to handle. You can just let go act on your simple plan in trust. Trust that more will be revealed Teoh as you take each step because I invite you to notice that achieving your goals is much easier than you might think. And as you become completely clear on what you want, the way the actual process for turning that dream into reality is very straightforward. In simple yes, you will need Teoh take action. You will need Teoh focus, but you'll find that you'll enjoy the process making that goal really in your life. Now you'll love to notice the new behaviors noticed the new thoughts and feelings emerge spontaneously as you achieve your most important goal because this is how all change happens. Thing is how personal growth happens and the more you remain focused on your goal way more. You should also remain flexible in your approach, allowing yourself to realize that there is no failure. There's only feedback feedback, letting you know when it's time to change your course of action. When it's time. Teoh, adjust your behaviour in order to accomplish your outcome quickly. Way now, as you allow all of these ideas to just gently stir around in your mind, you may already be aware of what your future vision looks like. If I were to ask you Teoh, imagine having already achieved your goal. What would you see as you look out from your eyes onto a new reality where your goal is achieved? What would you feel? How would it feel to be living in that new reality? Would you feel happy inside? Would you feel a deep sense of confidence? Or maybe you would feel increasingly energized and excited. You realize now that you can have what you want. What would you here, perhaps you it here. Positive comments from your friends or family. Or maybe you hear your significant other telling you how proud they are of you. Were your parents all of their eyes beaming with pride? And most importantly, what would you be telling yourself when your goal is achieved? Hearing that positive self talk you see life becomes fun when you take your natural ability to create and put it to use. And you can start by treating your goal as an experiment. Fun experiment. What would it be like if you treated achieving your goals as a fun experiment? Your job is to get clear on what you want. Could a simple plan together and take daily action on that plan? Do that. You'll find that you soon begin to naturally build momentum. Process gets easier and more fun as you see results happening quicker because you're completely confident and certain of realizing your goal. The way to the point where any challenges air Sina's fun little puzzles to figure out. You can simply allow that confidence to grow strong, even stronger as each day goes by because I invite you to notice that not only are you capable of more than you think you're capable of more then you can think Now there's no need to try and remember all of these ideas because you can just continue to relax and breathe comfortably and naturally, keeping your body's still and relaxed. You allow your deeper mind to work out the details to remember all of the learning from today into organized. This information presented Teoh just the right time with just the right people you can find yourself doing and saying the right things automatically. Now I would like you to become aware you don't need Teoh. Listen to this recording every day, although I would suggest you listen to this recording every day for several weeks. It's certainly not necessary to continuously listen to this recording way more. You do memorial. Find that the positive suggestions You here become a part of you and you'll no longer have to think about what to do. You will find yourself doing more of the right things naturally, but things that bring you into complete alignment with your goals. All of that happened by following the simple suggestions that you've heard in this recording. Can you imagine how good that will feel to begin Teoh consciously create the life that you've always wanted because the more you take action on your goals now, the faster you experience all those good feelings faster. You see, your dreams become reality right before your very eyes.
