1. Introduction: Hello everyone. Welcome to my Skillshare class. I am. So when I drew on an artist and an aggregator, and this class I'm going to show you eat is the three illustrations. This class as well. Everyone with the UN artist or not, whether you draw or not, it's for oil. By the end of this class, you will be able to illustrate trees in eight different ways. These illustrations will be so easy that even if you are new to art, you want Feed More did and said, You're fine it to the last thing. In the next video, we will discuss about the illustrations and later on we'll discuss above the supplies and illustrations. And at the end, there will be a class project for you, all that you have to solve it. So let's start. 2. Class Idea: So let's talk about illustrations. In this video, I will talk about what illustrations are and where can we use them? Why do illustrations play important role in the one-off others? So let's talk about what illustrations are. For factual definition. And illustration is a decoration, interpretation or visual explanation of a text, concept or a process designed for integration in published media. Basically, illustrations are simple images of virtuals that explain what we want to say through that picture. For example, in this class we are going to make eight illustrations of tree, which will make you feel that you are actually looking at the tree. But the interesting part is that it is a way that may not include even a single leaf minute, or even a flower in it, and trusting, isn't it? So we can simply state that those visuals that depicts the particular text of concept, even without much detailing to them. Our illustrations. Now we are. Can we use them? These can be used in any posters, banners, themed, free throwing, journaling, anywhere. You can use these very wanted to show visuals for any situation will, or maybe now. Now let's talk about why these illustrations plays such an important role in the void of artist. As these illustrations required to provide a hint of the actual thing. These are easy to draw. Also, these can be much more creative than the actual thing on the paper, which allows the artist or the elastic radios to work as per their own requirements. Taught and walking stack. This freedom makes it easy for known out this also to create illustrations. That is why today's class for illustrations can be helpful in creating illustrations of tree, even by those who are very much new to the illustrations or maybe to the art for many of you out there, this does may head view to create your first illustration today. So let's start. 3. Material Required: So a dualist does, I'm going to use brush pens and a full-size sheet of white color. If you want, you can use any other columns such as pencils, gallows, watercolors, it riling, get sprints, swap advance colored pens, or any underpins of your choice. There are no boundaries on the kind of supplies. 4. Tree Illustrations: So the Bosch pairs that I'm going to use in this class for making my illustrations. Firstly, I'm going to use brown brush pen to make the bark of the tree. Here, I'm not showing the exact bark of the tree, but as it's an illustration, I'm drawing something that could give us a feeling of oak bark of the tree. So here I'm highlighting the bag a little more because this is a healthy kind of a tree. And making some branches over the edge to make it look more real and more eye-catching. So I'm done with the bark of the tree. Now keeping this pen aside and choosing the, another pen that is green in color, because the tree is always green in color, not all rays, but most of the time, just to make it look like a proper tree, I'm using a green shade over here, making this cloudy kind of a thing to make it look like a proper tree. And then I'm going to fill this in to make it look that it's being covered with a lot of leaves with it. And you can also add some more colors to make it look like it's, it's a tree that have a lot of fruits in it. But here I'm keeping this simple and not using anymore colors in this illustration. So yes, our first illustration of a tree is now ready. Let us now move on to the next tree illustration for that also, I'm going to use brown pen again to make the bark of the tree. This bark of the tree is a little different from R2 we have drawn earlier. You can notice the difference here. Also. I'm going to explain why this is this kind of smaller kind of it is because we are going to make a trade that is not tall as the first one. This one is a shorter one. Now, to draw the upper part of the tree, I'm going to use orange brush pen. This shape is very much different from the one that we have already drawn enough for us to illustration. You can notice that this shape is very much different from that one. Also, I'm willing to fill this with the same orange color without adding any other color into it. So as second tree illustration is also ready, let's move on to the third one. And again, I'm going to use the brown rash men from making the bulk of the tree for the third illustration. You can notice here that this bark of the tree is very much different from VAT we have already drawn in the other 23 illustrations. So this one is like this because I'm going to make a lot of leaves around it, not in any particular shape by it. So that this will give a look of a more healthy and more growing kind of a tree. And also the run which is not very much above from the ground that is very much closer to the ground. Also for making the upper part of this tree, I'm going to use two shades of green color to make it look like. Some leaves are older one and light green color symbolizes that these, these are the new one. That is why I have made these darker colored leaves closer to the stem or the back of the tree. And making these leaves that are from the lighter color, I let it apart from those so that it's symbolizes the growth of new leaves into it. Making so many leaves that are very much apart from this stem symbolizes that this is 0, very, very healthy kind of a tree and it's still growing. So here's our turtle illustration is also ready. Let's move on to the first illustration. For this. I'm going to use brush pen that is of brown shade to make this stem or the bulk of the tree. Again, notice that I haven't made this stem really long. That symbolizes this is a toiletry. Here, I'm making a few particular grant is which yielded to know when we're going to draw the upper part of it about why this is this kind of a shape. Now, I'm going to use dark green color of this brush pen to make a spiral kind of a design over here. This parallel design is because it's an illustration. And in this illustration, it's symbolizes the parts of leaves. It symbolizes the part of a tree it symbolizes that are a lot of leaves on this tree. And you can also draw any other shape, and you can also use any other color to do so. This is totally up to you. Modifications are always welcomed. Now I have 43 illustration is also ready. We'll move to more illustrations in the next video. 5. More Tree Illustrations: Now for an ash tree illustration, I'm again going to use brown brush pen for making the stem of the tree. Here you can notice that the bark of the tree is very much different from what we have drawn in for three destinations. Now, you can also notice that it is very much similar to the second one, but this one is a little taller than that one, and it has only three branches over here. Now, I'm going to use this blue shade of this brush pen to make some circles here and there around this bark of the tree. This is going to be the illustration for the leaves and the fruits. Now, I'm going to use a red shade of batch spends to make some more circles here and there around this bog or the CI, as we did for the blue shade. This is totally optional. If you want, you can choose any one color to make all the circus. And if you want, you can use as many colors as you want. But the thing to keep in mind here is that all the circles need not to be of the same size. The size of these circles should bid their friend because this symbolizes the growth of the fruits. The beginning run, either bigger foods, the smaller ones are in the growing stage, and the difference in their color symbolizes their maturity stages. So here I'm using so many colors to make this look more beautiful and to make it look like it's been full of a lot of fruit. I am also going to use yellow shade overhead because I really love this color in the illustrations of tree because this provides us to make this look like it's being so glowing and so vibrant. Plus this symbolizes the completely grown fruits. So this is what I really love about using a yellow color in my tree illustration. So now our fifth Tree illustration is also ready. Let us now move on to the sixth Tree illustration. For this. Also, I'm going to make the bark first for the edge, I'm going to use the brown shade of the color. The back of this tree is very much simple and consists of only three branches, or we can say only two branches and the one is stem itself. For this, I'm going to use three major colors to make the upper part of the tree. Firstly, I'm going to use red Carlo to make this cloudy shape over here. And I'm going to fill this end with the same color that I'm making the Cloud with. Now, I'm going to use yellow shade to make the cloud overview. And I'm going to fill this end with the same yellow color also. And for the third one, I'm going to use orange color and I'm going to make same kind of a cloud over the third branch. I'm going to fill it with orange color. Notice that I have placed yellow in-between the red and orange because this week is more vibrant and mostly orange and red are one of the shade. So they might look odd if I use them together. Also, I have made some dots on the yellow part to make it look like it consists of a lot of fruits. Let us now move on to the next tree illustration for which I'm going to use brown color to make the bark of the tree. This bark of the tree is very much different from all of those because this one is a little bended one. For this, I've made this a different kind of a tree. So this is very much compulsory for me to bend this a little. As you made the above part, you will get to know why this one is a little mended and what kind of a treatise. But the upper part, I'm going to use the light green color and make some lines like this. Yes, you made it right? Yes. That's the correct name of this tree. It's a coconut kind of a tree. That is why the bark of the tree is a little bended. Now making these lines, these lines that we have already drawn to make it look like it's a complete tree out of which are coming out. After this dark green color. To make some detail. I'm going to highlight the center line of this leaves with this dark green color. And this is very basic detailing to make it look like a complete leaf. Here you can also notice at a friend's by adding these lines only, this look like a complete tree. Am also adding some dots over here to make it look more real. So we are done with this one also. Let's move on to the next one using the brown color to make the bulk of the tree. For this, I'm going to make a straight line first. I'm going to take this line a little. You can notice that the bark of the tree is standing very much street over there and it's not bended. These have no branches. Etl. Now I'm going to use this baby pink kind of a color over here. I'm going to make a so-called like this over hill. I know baby when colors, so it's no real for a CI, but you're going to love it. I'm going to fill this in with the same column. You can use any other color if you want. If you don't want to use maybe bring color, you can use any other color, but I feel this gives me a look of really, really cute kind of a plant or a tree. That is why I use this color in my illustrations and non using dark pink color to add some detailing into it. You can notice the kind of dealings I'm adding to it. I'm just adding some, some calls to it to make it look like a flower. Now this completes the tree illustrations also. Now all the illustrations, ready? I hope you like the class. Here is the project work. And then next video, please do check out and submit your project. 6. Project Work: Project quote, try making three illustrations on your own.
