About This Class

When people meet vegans or are thinking about becoming vegan they often ask, "But what do you eat?" They often think the only thing vegans eat is salad, which is not true. When we do eat salad, we have so many more options than the traditional green salad. In this class I share seven super easy ideas for salads that add a variety of tastes and textures to your menu each day. It's up to you whether you use them as a main entree or a side dish. It doesn't matter whether you are vegan or not, you are sure to love these delicious salads!

I welcome you wherever you are on your vegan journey: vegan straightedge, vegan wannabee, vegan curious, vegan resistant and even vegan oppositional. Come join the class and let's have fun together!
