Now, if you are anything like me and you tend to push yourself to the limit every single day, you tend to feel a little bit depleted, right. We have emotional concerns. We have mental concerns. We have families that need our attention. Animals work all of these things, and we're constantly in this state of chaos. And it seems like it only takes one negative experience to give us a bad day for the rest of the day, that one bad day turns into a bad week. The week turns into a bad month and you get the idea. So Discourse is really designed as a guided journal experience with some fun humor along the way. I will definitely say this has a lot of adult language, so it's, of course, just to keep things fun and lively. But if you are offended in any way, it is not meant to offend whatsoever estimates strictly as fun. But if you are offended, it might not be the best course for you, but let's go ahead and take a look at some things you can expect from this course. So how do you use this course? I'm always improving. Today. I have the knowledge I need. I'm exactly where I need to be. This affirmation is one that I look at every single day, and it really helps to raise my vibe first thing in the morning. So hey there, all of you. Spiritually Rockstar's Welcome to a new adventure and your spiritual transformation journey . This course is designed for those wishing to raise their vibe and get out of the spiritual slump. Whether you are in need of a little self help without all the self help Penis or looking for something to stir the soul and add to your own spiritual growth, this course is sure to deliver. All you need is a printer. There's going to be 30 worksheets to get you started for you to print and keep a three ring binder or a place to keep your worksheets and a pin. So if you have these items ready, let's get started on her majestic badass journey 2. How to Use This Course Continued: Oh, and a few more things. Before you get started, you can tackle this course in a few different ways. Each lesson contains spiritually insight with some adult humor, sorry kitties and a worksheet to print, contemplate and answer your daily guided writing prompts. Some badass is prefer to take each lesson in chronological order, while others like to pick one at random. Or you can even choose a lesson that speaks to you that day. Regardless of the way you decide to go, the transformation will be epic. Lessons marked with three little stars contain bonus material. I recommend these for days that you need an extra boost of positivity, a spiritual kick in the ass, in the nicest of ways to make it extra easy peasy. All your writing worksheets are in one file and an order of the videos in this course. Just print the file and full month of worksheets are ready to go. That's it. Now grab a drink, maybe a margarita in Thai von in 3. Generosity: Let's talk for a moment about generosity. Generosity is not giving people money or the clothes off your back, although it is nice if you have the ability to do so. But generosity can be something as simple as sharing a smile with a stranger. That person, in turn, will go and bring about some positivity to someone else's life and thus creating up higher vibe and a much better place to be so. First for this exercise. Find a comfortable place to sit that makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. Not like mold fuzzy like Happy Fuzzy. Print your worksheet. If you haven't already and get your pen ready, read and listen to the following affirmation and afterwards, consider your feelings on the subject. Once you feel ready to dive deep into your state of being, begin to write and let the words flow. Don't worry about punctuation, spelling or any other distraction. You are world into yourself, and your words flow like rivers from your mind to U Penn Generosity. Today I choose to give generously to those around me, regardless of what I may get in return, I choose to give generously even if I have very little to give The universe has my back and what I give out We'll come back to me when the time is just right I will not be a silence voice When there are those in need I choose toe open my heart and my mind and given away that is truly needed. May that be money, love time resource is or even a near to lend I choose to do this selflessly and without expectation. When I give generously with my heart My heart is full and my spirit flies When I choose to give, I inspire others around me to give generously and together we raise the vibe of all who surround us. I choose today to be generous. 4. Peacefulness: Peacefulness. We all could use a little bit more peace in our lives, right? We tend to go through life at chaotic speeds today. Take a moment to just focus on you. How are you feeling? Take a moment to listen to your soul. How is your body feeling? I was reminded today Try your best to shut off everything around you in Just breathe. Listen to your heart. It beats on Lee for you and to keep you alive. Show gratitude for it now I wanted to curl up on your bed or your favorite plushy chair. Do you have your worksheet in pen handy? If not, print your worksheet for today and find a pin that vibes with the color of your spirit. Next, read and listen to the following affirmation afterwards. Consider your feelings on it. Once you feel ready to dive deep into your state of being once more begin to write and let the words flow. Don't worry about punctuation, spelling or anything else. You are world unto yourself and your words today will flow like rivers from mind to your pen Peacefulness. Today my heart is open and free of troubles. Today I choose to surround myself with peace and tranquility. Today I choose to spend my time doing joy within my piece. Should I choose to let anyone into my sacred space? I choose toe Onley Allow those with my best interests at heart around me I choose to shut out chaos, drama and negative thoughts, feelings and people Onley I have the ability to keep my heart safe and peaceful. I choose today not allow anyone to bring negativity my way And Onley surround myself with peace, love and happiness. Today I choose peace. 5. Let That Shit Go ***: spiritual practice. Now is the time to find some peace and begin to write. Follow the worksheets, and as you write, imagine that these words are becoming a shimmering vapor filling your lungs and radiating from your fingertips. All that which no longer serves you leaves your body while all the good vibrations and positive energy of the universe bills you up with one goal to allow your desires to manifest through the highest. Good. Today, we're gonna talk about letting shit go. As women, we tend to hold on to things right. In fact, I don't even think it's on Lee women but a human condition. We tend to hold on to negative situations because we fear them happening again. So today we're gonna work on letting all those negative things that no longer serve you leave your body and leave your home. So for this one, I want you to open a window and stand facing the world outside. Close your eyes and take it all in, mindful of your breathing in and out. And as you breathe, you breathe in the light of the world. And as you breathe out, you exhale. All that which no longer serves you. It's been five minutes of this mindful breathing. Step three read and listen to the following after nation. Afterwards, consider your feelings and once you're ready to dive deep, begin to write and let your words flow again. Do not worry about punctuation, spelling or any other distractions again. You are world into yourself and your words will flow today like water from your fingertips . Let that shit go. Today I choose to not focus on anything negative that has happened to me in the past. I choose to let go of past experiences, feelings in people that no longer serve my highest purpose. I choose to let go of these things because I have enough heavy shit to carry around. I choose to hold on to the things that will better my life and the lives of those around me . I choose to let go of grudges because they serve no purpose in my life. A choose to not pick up problems, situations or people that feel negative or detrimental to my spiritual well being. I choose to carry love and light. Today I choose toe Let that shit go. You found a bonus you have found a turbo boost of peace. Congratulations, you majestic mofo. You Time to get spiritual as buck deep breathing. Close your eyes and as you dio listen and repeat these words I am worthy. I am calm. There is no room for bullshit in my life. Repeat this as many times as necessary and feel the empowerment. Begin in your throat chakra and begin to radiate through the rest of your body feeling you with power and peace. 6. Love Thyself: I love myself. Self love is part of self care, and I'm not talking about the dirty kind of self love. So get your mind out of the gutter. But the kind of self love that we all need, we need to love ourselves. We need to feel that we are important whether or not other people may say anything to you. The most important thing is how you feel about yourself. If you love yourself, I guarantee that the rest of the world will want to be a part of that, too. So so this exercise stand in front of your mirror and gaze into the eyes of yourself. Be mindful of your breathing in and out, and as you breathe in, breathe in the light of the world As you breathe out, Exhale all that which no longer serves you. It's been five minutes of this mindful breathing. I want you to imagine that you are glowing from the inside out. Notice the eyes that let you see the ears that let you here knows that lets you smell the beautiful hair that the universe has given you. You are start us. You are light and you are loved. I love myself. Today I choose to openly embrace the feelings of self love. Today I choose to love myself because I am worthy of love and admiration. I choose to show love for myself because I am the most committed partner I will ever have. I choose to take every opportunity to feel gratitude for everything in my body and everything my body has done and is capable of doing from my highest purpose. When I fuck up, I remember to always show love and kindness to myself because I deserve all the love I choose not to hate, harm or discourage myself because I am worthy and I am deserving of all good things. I promise to love myself today. 7. Let's get clear: Well, let's get clear. Today we're gonna talk about clarity. Clarity is something that we absolutely need in order to see the big picture so often we can get caught up in watching or thinking about the negative things going on in the world or the negative things being done to us at the time. It's important to remember that these moments, as bad as they seem at the time, helped to build our character and turn us into the person we're meant to be. So for this exercise, find a comfortable place to sit away from external noise and stimuli. Turn off the TV and hide the phone and get comfy being mindful of your breathing now in end out Ozzy breathin, you breathe in light of the world, and as you breathe out, you exhale all that which no longer serves. You spend about five minutes with this mindful breathing. When you're ready, read and listen to the following affirmation afterward. Consider your feelings on the subject. Once you're ready to dive deep into your state of being, begin to write and let the words flow. Don't worry about punctuation, spelling or any other distraction. Now prepare to embrace clarity. Let's get clear. Today I choose to stop and listen to my intuition. I choose to separate the mental chatter and chaos around me from the divine in her voice. I trust myself and my intuition. My intuition will always guide me toward my divine purpose. This clarity brings the sweet and simple feelings of joy and knowing. Listening to my inner voice, I feel safe and secure and loved. I choose to shed the skin of my ego, an external world leaving behind the negative decay of chaos. Embracing the positive vibes of the universe. Today I choose clarity. 8. Gifting ***: gifting. What is gifting gifting doesn't mean giving monetary items to someone. It doesn't have to even be a physical gift. Gifting can be something as simple as your time, and we need to give that to ourselves as well. So today we're going to practice gifted. First, I want you to stop wherever you are and take a few moments to check in with yourself. Stop and close your eyes still yourself as you practice your mind, breathing in vision of vapor, glittering light and developing you bringing a sense of calmness, serenity and love. Next, read and listen to the following information afterwards. Consider your feelings on the subject, and once you feel ready to dive deep into your inner well being and your psyche begin to write and let the words flow, your words flow like rivers from your mind to your fingertips gifting. Today I choose to appreciate the gifts I receive from everyone. Some gifts come as lessons. Those lessons may come from positive or negative experiences, those that give me lessons the hard way. While I may feel anger at the time, I appreciate the experiences for what it ISS and what it has taught me. I send love and light to all those who have given me value in my life. Regardless of how it was given. Every lesson has given me insight into myself and into the world around me. Every lesson has strengthened me from the inside out. Today I choose to show gratitude for all these gifts. Congratulations. You found a turbo boost of perseverance. Well, hello there. You gorgeous got issue. Let you two get spirituals. Fuck! Once more, I want you to practice your deep breathing. The mindful breathing techniques Close your eyes and listen and repeat out loud. I am on a journey. My journey is my own. I am climbing a mountain of perseverance. I say this as many times as you need Teoh to fully feel the empowerment. Bring love and light and power to every single cell of your body. When you're ready, go ahead and complete the additional worksheets that connects to perseverance 9. Worthiness: worthiness. Wherever you are, take a few moments to check in with yourself. Stop and close your eyes. Be mindful of your breathing in and out nasty breathing. You breathe in the light of the world and asked without you exhale all that which no longer serves, you read and listen to the following affirmation afterward. Consider your feelings on the subject. Once you feel ready to dive deep into your state of being, begin to write and let the words flow. Don't worry about the punctuation, spelling or any other distraction. Let your mind drift, in your opinion. Tick on a lot of its owns worthiness. Today I am worthy of epic happiness. I choose to negative and packing and kick its ass out of the door. I deserve and accept that I am worthy of joy, love and compassion and damn it, I will not feel guilty or unworthy when joy or happiness enters my well. Guilt is not invited to my personal happiness party. I choose toe Onley, invite the people that hold my highest interest at heart. I choose to turn away from all that brings me down today, and Onley allow situations in my life that bring love and laughter. Today I am worthy 10. Magic: magic. Hold your hands in front of you like a bowl filled with light. Close your eyes and imagine the light glowing from your hands getting brighter and brighter as you do. Be mindful of your breathing in and out and as you breathe in, you breathe in the light of the world. And as you breathe out, you exhale all that which no longer serves. You spend five minutes of this mindful breathing when you're ready and Onley when you're ready, read and listen to the following affirmation afterwards. Consider your feelings on the subject, and once you feel ready to dive deep into your state of being, begin to write and let the words flow. Don't worry about punctuation, spelling or any other distraction. Let your mind drift in your pin. Take on a life of its own. Today I believe in magic. I see magic wherever I go. While others may see ordinary things, I choose to see the magic within every situation. I see the magic of a sunset, flowers in bloom, rainbows in the sky, Children laughing, a grandmother smile. The magic of love is evident in all things. Today I shall be a magic, spreading fairy. Watch out world! Here comes the fucking very dust 11. Choices: choices before beginning your spiritual practice today. Take a moment to sit quietly in peace, either in a comfortable chair or on a mat, and begin to quiet your mind. Now imagine two wolves it before you. One is of light and peace. Happiness in love. The other is dark, chaotic, filled with dread, anger and fear. As you watch these wolves, they circle each other, and soon they begin to fight, snarling and clearly trying to squash the other out. You watch them from a safe distance, but no. Once one wolf is defeated, the other will come for you. Which Wolf wins. We all have a choice in how we react to things. The wolf that wins is the one that is fed and nourished and the one that will always win. Which wolf are you going to feed today when you're ready? Begin your affirmation in journal choices. Today I show gratitude for the smorgasbord of possibilities placed in my life. I'm reminded that I always have choices in all situations. As I walk along the splendor of choices before me, I choose the ones that bring me happiness and joy. I'm confident in my choices because I allow my intuition to guide me I follow the synchronised IQ evidence leading me to my ultimate happiness. Today I trust that all choices I make are for my highest good. You found a turbo boost of strength. Okay, Goddess ready to get spiritualists. Fuck! Once more. Deep breathing eyes closed and listen and repeat. I am strong. I am resilient. I am a fucking warrior When you're ready, open your journal and begin the turbo boost of strength worksheet. 12. Rollercoaster: rollercoaster before beginning your spiritual practice today. Take a moment to sit quietly in peace, either in a comfortable chair or on a mat, and begin to quiet your mind while breathing deep. Imagine you're being lifted rising up into the sky, feeling free and light. Hold this feeling until you were sure that all negativity has fallen away from your spirit . And when you're ready, begin today's affirmation. But your pin do the guiding. Today I choose to embrace the roller coaster of life, while life's ups and downs could be chaotic and stressful. I know that all rights come to an end, and I feel lucky to be on this ride. I choose to love the ups as well as the downs that life brings with it, because every epic low brings an epic high. I have courage to face the craziness, and I know the universe will not let me fall off the ride. I choose to embrace the lessons and the love that comes with each high and low. When I look back on my life, Even if I'm wobbly in green, I smile because I know I had a good time. Today I choose to embrace my roller coaster 13. Vitality: vitality Before beginning your spiritual practice today, take a moment to sit quietly in peace, either in a comfortable chair or on a mat, and begin to quiet your mind. Take a moment to visualize your negativity, anger, fears, pain and sadness as a dark vapor that has filled your body. You're slowly opening your heart toe. Let all of the negativity escape your body pouring into the earth to be broken down and made into new light energy. In turn, the earth refills your body and heart with a glittering vapor of light made of pure love, light and peace. When you're ready, begin today's affirmation and let your pen do the guiding vitality. Today I am healthy and vital. Today I am strong and radiate positivity in love. Every cell in my body is filled with the gift of life. Each cell is a warrior fighting for me. I feel love and gratitude for every single cell in my body. And for all it does for me. My body is an ass kicking machine of cellular regeneration. Today I choose vitality 14. Unlimited Potential: unlimited potential before beginning your spiritual practice today. Take a moment to sit quietly in peace, either in a comfortable chair or on a mat, and begin to quiet your mind. As you sit with your eyes closed, open your hands and place them in front of yourself. Infuse your heart with gratitude for all the universe has given you and be willing to open and accept the bounty it has waiting. When you're ready, begin today's affirmation and that your pen do the guiding unlimited potential. Today I choose to live my life to the fullest. I trust that the universe is guiding me toward experiences and people that hold my best interest in growth at heart and who only wish from my success. The universe is clearing my life for all those who hold me down, Hold me back mentally or emotionally drained. I choose to stay open to new ideas and possibilities that will help me to grow. I choose to only invite into my world those that wish to help others grow too. Today I invite unlimited potential into my life. Today I am limitless 15. Begin to quiet your mind for today's practice. Takes the moments to breathe deep and, as you do relish in the authentic you failure body working, moving, living for you, allowing your ideas, dreams and desires to manifest you are authentic and all that you do when you're ready, begin today's affirmation and let your pen do the guiding authenticity. Today I choose to stay authentic to myself. I choose to not follow the crowd and fit in. I marched to the beat of my own drummer, and if some head bangers want to tag along, the more the merrier. I choose to not disguise myself my intentions or who I really am, but instead embrace it all. I choose to let the world see me and know that Onley my tribe will understand, and that's just perfect. I am a captain of my own ship on the sea of sameness. Today I choose to be authentic. You found a turbo boost of communication. Let's open up and show the world your voice. Begin your deep breathing. Close your eyes. Listen and repeat. I am heard and understood My voice, my heart and my mind matter. I am a fucking communication ninja. 16. Engagement: before beginning your spiritual practice today of engagement. Take a moment to sit quietly in peace, either in a comfortable chair or on a mat. Begin to quiet your mind for today's practice. Takes a moments to breathe deep and as you to at least on the tension and relish and the authentic you feel your body working, moving, living for you, allowing your ideas and dreams and desires to manifest. You are authentic and all that you do when you're ready, Begin today's affirmation. Let your pen do the guiding engagement. Today I make the conscious decision to engage with my world. I choose to seek out meaningful and insightful conversation for joy on for the joy of others. I choose to take a new path and strike up a conversation with a stranger. I choose to accept all those I engage with who they are and appreciate them. I see that those that engage with me are choosing to share their time and energy with me, and I am grateful for all the shared experiences like this. I may learn something new or gain a new life long friend Today, Today I choose to engage with the world 17. Confidence: confident before beginning your spiritual practice today. Take a moment to sit quietly in peace, either in a comfortable chair or on a mats, and begin to quiet your mind for today's practice. Fix the moments to breathe deep and imagine the energy of the universe filling every cell of your body, filling you up with love, positive energy and confidence. When you're ready, begin today's affirmation and let your pen do the guiding Confident today. Right now, in this very moment, I choose to step back and acknowledge the sheer awesomeness inside myself. I see abundance in my skills and abilities, no matter how small or how large they may be. I choose to walk with my head held high, knowing I am a fucking badass. I'm a rock star, and whatever I do, I know the universe gives me opportunities to shine every single day, and I accept each one with open arms. I give myself a gold star and maybe a glass of wine or two for rocking the pants off life today 18. Judgement: judgements before beginning your spiritual practice today, take a moment to sit quietly in peace, either in a comfortable chair or on a map. Begin to quiet your mind for today's practice. Takes a moments to breathe deep and imagine the energy of the universe filling every cell of your body, feeling you up with love, positive energy and carrying away all your negativity and all judgment of yourself and of others. When you're ready, begin today's affirmation and not your pin. Do your guiding judgment. Today I choose to let go of all judgment like balloons in the wind. I release all judgments I carry for myself and for others. I will not judge anyone or anything harshly, but instead look at it with love and compassion. I do not understand. I do not judge. I choose instead to acknowledge and bestow kindness as my judgment judgements. Leave the room. I feel weightless, lifted and spiritually as I've cleared the space for joy and love to fill me up and take me even higher. Today I choose compassion and love without judgement. 19. Positivethinking: positive thinking before beginning your spiritual practice today. Stand facing your mirror. Smile, breathe deep and acknowledge the power of your smile. Change up. Lift those around. You read that smile today for today's practice, takes the moments to breathe deep and imagine the energy of the universe filling every cell of your body. This energy is renewing your soul and your energy for the day. When you're ready, begin today's affirmation and let your pen do the guiding positive thinking. Today I choose to feed the good wolf. I know that in each person lives to wolves, dark in one of light. My thoughts and feelings feed each wolf will fed the most often rules the mind and the body . So today I choose to feed the wolf of light from the wolf of light. He brings me forgiveness, empathy, compassion and love. He leads me to new understandings and joyful experiences. He keeps me safe from the dark wolf, protecting me and sheltering me, never leaving my side. Today, I bring on Lee positive thoughts into my mind and play with the wolf of light 20. Wonder***: wonder before beginning your spiritual practice Today, stand facing your mirror. Smile and breathe deep and acknowledge the power of your smile to change and up. Lift those around you. Spread that smile today for today's practice. Takes a moment to breathe deep and imagine the energy of the universe filling every cell of your body. This energy is renewing your soul and energy for the day. When you're ready, Begin today's affirmation and let your pen do the guiding wonder. Today I choose to appreciate the sheer awesomeness of my own life, my abilities, thoughts, feelings, emotions, skills and ideas all served to bring happiness and joy to my life. Like a child looking at the magnificence of the world, I to look upon myself with the same appreciation and pride. I am the leader, the performer with singer, the writer, the dancer and the actress in my own show I on the star. Today I look upon myself with wonder and excitement.
