About This Class

In this class you will have 21 days of challenges, these challenges range from diet to everyday life. You will get a few challenges to complete a day which should only take you about 1 hour a day with diet, exercise and lifestyle practices. 

The goal for the end of the 21 days is for you to become fat-adapted ( Using fat for fuel, and burning it off naturally ). Also for you to become more present in this crazy world. You may lose a few pounds, or you may come out feeling happier and less stressed!
