About This Class

Join this 2 week long easy to follow ab workout class that consists of safe to do ab exercises that will tone and flatten your stomach in record time.  Taught by 29 year veteran trainer and fitness instructor Chris Arnett.  He incorporates music with his workouts just like you would get in an aerobics class or special ab workout class at your local gym.
