About This Class

In part 3 of the "19 Tips To Help Guarantee Weight Loss Results" we will be covering tips #11-15.

As a whole, these 19 tips are what I consider to be the essential fundamentals of seeing weight loss success.  If you implement each of these tips when looking to lose weight, you will place yourself in the perfect position for success.

When coming up with these tips, I basically thought to myself: "How can I take all the key concepts in my brain that were critical to my success and condense them down for others to pick up on?"  And hence, this list of 19 tips were created!
