Creating a class from scratch can be a little tough sometimes. Pilot classes alleviates some of that stress. You don't have to worry about finding a venue, figuring out a price point, or decide how many students you want to allow. Now, you can simply put up your idea and gauge interest before committing to fully being a teacher.

    Once you see how many students want to learn from you, simply add a date and we'll take care of the rest. We will notify all of your watchers that your amazing class is up.

Watchlist

So, you want to take a class, but can't make it the day it is being taught. Welcome to the Watchlist. We wanted a way to let students know that a class they are interested is happening, but also give teachers a better gauge of students' interest. We think this feature is great for all of our users. Simply add a class to your watchlist and we will let you know the second that awesome class is being taught again!

    Simply click the Watchlist button on any class and we will let you know the next time this class happens.

  • Manage watched classes
    Manage watched classes

    All of the classes you add to your Watchlist will be conveniently listed in your dashboard where you can view the class information and also Unwatch them as you please.

    The more the merrier

    The more watchers a teacher gets, the more likely they are to re-teach a Skillshare class. When and if the teacher adds a new date, you be notified instantly.

Why teach a class only once when there are so many interested students out there? We didn't want Skillshare classes to be one-time events. We introduced a way for teachers to quickly add a new date to their class. You don't have to worry about copy and pasting titles and descriptions or worry that links you sent out on Twitter will link to an old class. Simply add a new date and location, and you're all set!

    Users can see all upcoming dates to a class at a glance. If they can't make one of them, they have the option to take it another time.
