Hi Jillian,

the first shot is a wee bit blurry. The second one with the vanilla pudding has a 90s touch to it because of the harsh shadows. The third shot might be my favorite because it has good light, nice colors and a graphic touch to it due to the clear shapes. The gelato is missing a clean direction of where the light is coming from, currently the light is just "on". :-) The cherries are really cute, the plums are a little flat because of the (lack of ) light and the melograno is absolutely beautiful! I am changing my mind and make this my favorite: great colors and great light!! Thank you!

These are all beautiful.  I really like the cherries picture, that's my favorite one.

In the vanilla pudding picture, I feel like the shadows are a little harsh, and it makes the shot look too busy.

Hello Everyone.  My name is Jillian and I'm living in Northern Italy.  
Baking has been my passion since I was a wee little girl in my grandmother's kitchen.  
I've been taking photos of my baked goods for years and I really want to improve my images.  I mostly use a 50mm fixed lens for photographing food.  I have a blog where I put all my photos and write about life with a family in Italy (jillianinitaly.com).
