The holidays can be a crazy time jam-packed with family obligations, parties and traveling. Through all of this, how do we stay connected to ourselves, our self-care and our creativity? Regardless if you identify as an artist, we all have a creative spirit within us that needs to be nurtured to feel happy, alive and in the flow of our lives.

In this class you will be given some simple tips for how you can clear the space to nurture your self during busy times like this in your life. We'll discuss the importance of staying connected, in order to stay true to our bodies, creative projects and our peace of mind. Also, because every individual is different, this course will guide you through a process of self-discovery that will give you a compassionate and clear roadmap to finding your way home amidst the most hectic times.

I'll kick off this class with a LIVE lecture and will host a short question/answer session after the presentation.

Your project for the week will be to take what you've learned and share a "staying connected" plan of your own! Take your finished plans and upload them to the projects tab by the end of the week for feedback from the class, and I'll give select feedback during my final office hours.

Students who participate and share their "staying connected" plan in the Projects tab will be entered into a drawing:
