The class was really helpful in focusing in on what the steps to take were and what it would actually be like to work in tech vs. in law. I would recommend this class to anyone looking to transition from law to tech, be it in a legal role, biz dev, programming or other role. Moreover, Vinay has taken an interesting path to get from law to tech and has a lot of good experiences to share. In my class, we had David Pashman (GC of MeetUp) co-teach the class. David also had many great insights into what it is like to work in tech and added a lot of value to the class.”

Vinay has a great background to teach this course (Former corporate M&A lawyer, turned startup founder, turned BizDev/Legal employee at an NYC startup). I'm a JD that transitioned into a Biz Dev role - the process would have been much easier had I taken this class beforehand.
