Suzanne has led classes for women jobseekers in NYC called LYJ (Love Your Job) Search since 2009 which has included 20 cohorts of 100+ women, many going on to secure full-time opportunities within the first three months after the class. Her class participants come from a wide range of industries including finance, technology, fashion, media, banking and non-profit and have landed jobs at such companies as 360i, American Express, WNYC, Deloitte, Pandora, NYU, ASPCA, among many others.

Suzanne also co-leads workshops for women attorneys contemplating a career change within or outside the law. Suzanne works with college students on their career aspirations, and has mentored women at the Institute for Women’s Leadership at Rutgers University and at the Woodhull Institute for Ethical Leadership. Her writing on career issues appears on the blog, LYJ – Love Your Job, Love Your Life, which she shares with like-minded colleagues.
