25 MILES PER HOUR BY DAY...

Crossing the overpass of the 580 freeway at Grand Avenue, I captured the cars exiting at 25 mph in the afternoon as I headed for Perch Cafe to do some photo editing & to enjoy the cozy atmosphere at the cafe.
