Who am I?

I’m Neena Jain, a passionate foodie and mom of three with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I have been living and working in NYC for the past two decades and have been transforming my cooking style to suit our modern-day, metro lifestyles and the climate in NYC.

That means our home-food is cooked with almost-zero oil, only some basic healthy spices, with ample portions that fill all major food groups. And, it never leaves you feeling bloated or unhealthy.
