Your challenge, if you choose to accept it: optimize your current sleep patterns. The goal here is to create positive habits from which you can build upon. In order to build a habit, you need to be successful, so be realistic about your ability to adhere to the changes.
1. Download The Sleep Hacks Habit Building Worksheet (here is an example if you have trouble)
2. Complete the worksheet in full by reviewing all the habits/activites we learned about that will help you to optimize your sleep. See "Filled In Example" if you need help
3. Identify 1-2 things you don't do today WHICH YOU'VE IDENTIFIED WILL BE THE EASIEST TO CHANGE that you want to do and begin implementing them immediately.
4. If you feel comfortable, share with the class the 1-2 habits/activities you're going to change.
5. Set a reminder in your calendar 1 week from today to review/analyze whether you've been consistently adhering to this habit
