“Thank you, sir, for taking the time to speak in Vegas! Very interested in Skillshare as it continues to grow. Love the passion, the idea, and the focus. You've taken the best productivity and culture ideas (99%, Apple, Zappos, Lean Startup) and blended them together. Good to know Texas Hold'em had some influence on your product launch : )”

“I think Malcolm is a wonderful teacher. He takes the time to explain every concept in an interesting and easy to understand way. In addition, he is willing to stop and answer any questions that anyone might have. He also understands that the best way to learn a new topic isn't by lecture, but by working with your peers to explain what you just learned to each other.”

“Great class. Malcolm took a really complex subject and made it understandable. He had great slides and didn't just read from them. He explained each and answered just about every question there was. I left feeling confident that I could talk to tech people about their jobs and how they do it. ”

“i love the fact that we just had 13 slides. Left us with a lot of time to ask all these questions that we've always wanted to ask (or we've tried googling but didn't get too far). I feel like i finally obtained a 'map' that makes sense, that lets me place all the pieces on programming/software development I've picked up over the years.”

“Web Programming is often seen as something scary, and intimidating by us non-programmers, but this class definitely helps in making programming look like something we can all try and learn. Malcolm provides a great overview of different languages, and technical terms that previously looked like a foreign language to me. In a room full of students who did not know much about web programming, it helped having a very patient teacher, who answered all our questions patiently, and with a smile.”
