“Lydia is an account planner. I don't mean to restate the obvious, but I mean to compliment her on her teaching ability and style. Her methods are in line with her profession as she translates complex ideas to simple ones. Her lesson seemed simple and obvious but had the thought and rational buried in to each, carefully chosen word or example. In addition to being a teacher, Lydia offered herself up as a mentor. This is invaluable. She has continued to email the class and stayed in contact. As a young talent, I couldn't have asked for more out of this type of learning environment. ”

We had a small group, which was fine because it allowed all of us to really interact with one another and with Lydia as well. She explained and went over great case studies that best demonstrated how strategic planning works in advertising. We also went over the different types of planning and how they've transformed over time. We looked at various brand models that have helped both agencies/brands escalate to their brand myth. At the end, we all exchanged our stories and hopes within the industry. Lydia was more than happy to hear all of it and pass along some good nuggets of wisdom. Would totally recommend her, had a great time!”
