I work with conscious leaders to build great cultures as a culture designer and executive coach through my business, Lionhearted. I specialize in growing high-performing cultures of creativity, collaboration, and wellbeing.

Since designing my Masters at Stanford in 2003, I've spent 20,000+ hours studying and designing cultural systems and 10,000+ hours providing one-on-one and group coaching. I've enjoyed working with clients spanning startups and the Fortune 100 to the nonprofit world in a diverse array of industries — tech, health, food & beverage, education, media, retail, design, and consulting. I currently serve on the Advisory Board of SxSWedu and my past work includes being Chief Happiness Officer at The Quality of Life Foundation and a Strategist at Embarcadero Partners.
