“I had this class on my watch list for quite a while and it was definitely worth the wait. Kristen is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable teacher and I learned a lot more from a hands on class with her than any recipe could teach me. The only negative part about the class was the amount of people in it, which lead to less hands on time for each person and little consistency in the cookies. However, as I signed up late I am definitely responsible for the full classroom! ”

“The class was extremely fun and results were just astonishing. We managed to make superb set of macarons, worthy of sale to the picky new york diners, I think. Kristen was high energy, and her enthusiasm was infectious. Definitely recommend this class if you want to wow someone with your culinary dessert skills. I brought my camera to capture the magic. “This class was great. The perfect pace for teaching and because it was online you can review the instructions as many times as needed. Kristen gave the class many options based on what equipment you have at home which makes the instructions convenient. ”

“This was a fun and useful class that I really enjoyed. As we were baking, Kristen promised me a recipe -- I had told her that I bake a lot. even as I said thanks, I thought "she'll never remember to do that". But the recipe was in my inbox the next day and it looks great (haven't had a chance to try it yet). Great class for all levels.”

“LOVE THIS CLASS! To be completely honest I don't even really like sweets but with the holidays coming up thought this would be a great class to take to make the show stopper dessert that everyone would be taking about. Kristen taugh us not only to make the macarons but also French butter cream and chocolate ganache (dangerous!) and sent a helpful email after the class with links to fun new recipe variations for us to try at home. Highly recommend this class! ”
